Umbrella stand = art deco! Sounds like ceramic but could be porcelain? Good price, might get $100 at auction if no scars.The small anvils are for jewelry making. The green Depression glasses are valuable right now, around their 100-year collector mark. Those were possibly consomme (broth) cups, salt dishes, or part of a couple different absinthe sets--either for drinking from or for sugarcubes. Might be sorbet/dessert cups?

Mock orange is the Bush with white flowers. Smells lovely.
Little cups are for sorbet. Sorbet was used to cleanse the palate between courses. So many pieces of cutlery and china. Dinner was an event and took several hours depending on how many "removes" you had. People dressed for dinner. It was to be enjoyed and savored.

Tithe scrub is a Mock Orange. Has a orange smell.
That's what I was thinking it was. Years ago I had a double mock orange. They smell wonderful.

I'd have loved to have dove into a few of those jewelry boxes at the flea. I buy shadow boxes 20:23 early and often if the price is right. Those puppies aren't cheap. They work really well for making busted jewelry art. That dove is pretty awesome, but those Byers Choice dolls used to sell for a few bucks. Instead of calling folks, although I've done that too, I just made a pile of ear savers for a local nursing home.
Was there not any chess pieces in the drink flat? Many nice items. I really like the coat rack. That was gorgeous. If it were mine, I would hang it and place a scarf so that it would hang down to hide that there was one missing or I would go to a wood shop and see bbn if they could turn me one like the others. Of course you wouldnt have the milk glass but it would still be nice.

Sometimes it’s better to spend more for the better stuff and leave the cheap so so stuff behind. There’s a reason it’s still sitting there later in the morning. Good stuff goes early & fast.
