Currently im working on a project about determination of Selenium in bloodsera. Therefor, i decided to measure GSH-Px enzyme conentrations, using an ELISA-kit. As known, its important to determine the validation of the used method. Could you please help me with the guidlines to how this should be determined? Where shoud i begin with and how?
