How did you get rid of the yellowish or golden hue that the M50 has? I love the coloring on the G7x Mark ll, but don't like the audio. Currently I own both cameras and I'm using the G7x Mark ll on my face while using the M50 for B-roll and for the audio with an external mic. I'd love to be able to change the warm color on the M50 to a cooler color for my skin. Can you offer any help? I'm using the kit lens that came with the M50. You've got gorgeous skin by the way.

The problem with the Canon M line could be that Canon might give up this M line. Rumors are there for this scenario for a long time. :( It's said that Canon might concentrate on its R line up! ;)

I want a vlogging camera along with a camera I can use to take pictures. Pictures as in random things like date night with my husband, selfies, arrival of our baby, or going on a trip. I’m no professional. I just want something that’ll be better than my iPhone XR and that I can keep in my purse at all times because my camera on my phone sucks. I wanted the camera to be a all in one and something SMALL because eventually I wanted to start with UA-cam which is why I wanted it for the vlogging part. What do you think?
A change of plan... I ended up buying a Panasonic Lumix g85. I really like it. Using the Rode video micro and also have a pop voice lavalier. I went with the Panasonic because I already had a Panasonic camera and was familiar with the system and it has everything I was looking for. Very happy with it! I was able to get it on a 5-month payment plan on Amazon, though I think that has ended for the moment and it is about $100 higher than what I paid just a few weeks ago! Thanks again!

Thank you!! and the M50 is actually very lightweight/small, especially if you have a "pancake" lens like my 22mm. If I'm too lazy to carry a camera, I usually will just take photos/videos on my iPhone lol

I live in Hawaii and I'm looking to start my UA-cam channel but was worried because the Canon g7x Mark II does not have a microphone input and I live in a large apartment building and I can hear cars all the time in my building and it's very windy outside, especially at the beach. How does the Canon g7x Mark II do against wind noise? On the other hand I also looked at the M50 but I don't want to call attention to myself in case I Vlog in a store or something and they kick me out so I'm not sure which to get should I just get both? I also looked at the Sony RX100 VII since that one has a built in mic but I'm not made out of money:( On the other hand I don't want to be stared down or kicked out while vlogging and my phone camera sucks.
i usually don't vlog in stores bc most places don't allow it and i feel weird lol. both cameras have pretty good internal mics but the m50 allows an external mic which makes a HUGE difference

You can zoom with the lens it comes with(kit lens). But the depth is quite limited

On the other hand I also looked at the M50 but I don't want to call attention to myself in case I Vlog in a store or something and they kick me out so I'm not sure which to get should I just get both? I also looked at the Sony RX100 VII since that one has a built in mic but I'm not made out of money:(
On the other hand I don't want to be stared down or kicked out while vlogging and my phone camera sucks.
i usually don't vlog in stores bc most places don't allow it and i feel weird lol. both cameras have pretty good internal mics but the m50 allows an external mic which makes a HUGE difference
