Hey Pavan, Thanks for the informative video. But, i have few doubts on the content of this video. When you said that there are no MANAGERS to Mukesh Ambani or the kids, does it mean that they operate & do every tiny stuff in a day in office on their own? Or what exactly do you mean by that ? & How does that impact while hiring prople for Top management in such scenarios? & why will the career progression be an issue here? The person who are/will be hired fir the top roles will direct report to Either Mukesh or the kids or the other board members of the company, which is good for them, right? As they're reporting to the top people/owners of the company, then how's that a problem for them? Kindly reply to these queries of mine, that'll be really helpful. TIA.

But The company's are offering not the core related field and the salary is around 13k-15k so what should i do any should i switch to any other. Really don't know what to do... Plzz somebody help me
