Don't ask someone who bills himself as an "Author, Speaker" about family businesses. The guy should be interviewing a B-school professor who studies them instead.
I love how he equates theft to kids taking their parents businesses. Or the assumption that it’s “easy” to work for a family business. He clearly doesn’t know what it’s like to work hard to the point you DO want to take the company over and you DO want your parents to retire with the least stress.
