My palette tray doesn’t stay as level as yours appears to be.
Also, how do you keep the palette hooks from scratching the tripod?

Just lower the back leg a bit so it levels off.

@@BryanMarkTaylor good question about the scratch. Is that something we should worry about? I just got the top of the line tripod, and I'm not sure if the palette should go on the foam arms or the carbon fiber? Is there a video showing this?

@@SelfSealingStemBolt if there are 2 foam arms, then I think definitely. But if there’s only one, like this tripod, then I’m really not sure.

Customer service? there is none. Instructions are not clear, show us how you use the bottom hole to attach to the tripod.
