Yes, this is a very intense message! It does seem to be that manifestation and progress in a spiritual journey is blocked by dopamine dependence. Add it seems that spiritual progress also naturally brings about dopamine detox and independence from quick fix distractions.
Yes! this is very true! I hadn't connected that it is true vice-versa but it makes sense that spirituality naturally brings about dopamine detox, as my intuition has led me there many times before as well!
I really love this question, thanks so much for asking. I actually have a video on this channel titled, "This is How to Find Your Purpose in Life." Perhaps you may find it helpful! I also would like to provide a written response: There are three helpful tools that I would use if I were in this position: Presence, Meditation, and Intuition, which all have one thing in common -Stillness. The present moment holds so much power. Allow yourself to be still in this present moment. Allow yourself to be immersed in your own presence. Stay with your breath. Breathe. The more frequently you allow your mind to be still, the more you connect with yourself and allow your intuition to expand. Intuition is the key to your dreams. From here, go about your day, everyday, doing the things that excite you most/fill you with the most joy. No matter how big or small. It can be as small as making yourself a fruit smoothie. If that's what excites you and causes you to feel good in this present moment, then do it. And be fully present with yourself as you allow yourself to enjoy making and drinking that smoothie (this example applies to everything). Allow yourself to feel gratitude for the small things. Allow yourself to invite this ✨sparkly✨ feeling back into your heart. The more you allow yourself to feel love/joy/peace/presence in the small things, the more you give yourself permission to invite the BIGGER things into your life. As you continue to allow yourself to do this, you will find each day becomes more exciting. You will start finding joy in bigger things. Your intuition will become stronger, and clearer. At this point, your intuition will lead you to whatever your "dream" is naturally. But if you still wonder what it is, you can go deep into meditation and ask your subconscious mind. 💖
thank you serena ❤️

hey Serena! What should I do if I don't have a dream or I am unable to see it / forgot it completely? Greetings from a lost soul
