Kraven The Hunter reviews will be the last ones we get for the Sony Spiderverse. Movies without spiderman in them anyway, and Kraven is one hell of a movie to end on. I don't think it's the worst despite it's massive failings. But the critics took a different angle, instead not liking that the movie didn't crap on the main hero enough. He was just too much of a man for them in a movie, which is what I thought was one of the benefits of the movie. Kraven is not a good movie, but it does have good parts, and some good themes. In a previous age with more talented people in the industry, and without many of the present day restrictions, I think it could have been good. But for this movie, you have an interesting 30 minutes and a long time wondering why this made it into the movie. But what do you think? Let me know your thoughts down below and as always, thanks for watching :)
They just lost a MAJOR election due to 54% of young men and they're STILL harping on about the bullshit of "Toxic Masculinity"? These people REALLY don't want to learn, do they?
Critics: This movie portrays toxic masculinity, but did you see those abs? Me: His name is literally Kraven The Hunter. What do you think he’s going to do?
Not much hunting, as it turns out. He introduces himself by saying he is Kraven the Hunter and he hunts, but he doesn't actually hunt down and kill anyone for most of the movie. I've heard it's teased at the end as sequel bait, but otherwise, it doesn't happen. Watching the review by Paul Chato was likely more entertaining and needed less of my time.
Because the have to watch all those movies from start to finish, and then again for the cutting and the review. My thoughts and prayers are with them always. May the Emperor Protect.
In the comics he didn't love animals as much as he loved how animals work and more so the concept of predator and prey. Any animals he befriended was always a predator or and animal really good at fighting off other animal. He should have been a first fight for spider-man.
Kraven the environmentalist. This movie has more to do with Captain Planet than Kraven the hunter. The funny thing is that, if i were to cast Kraven the hunter for a spiderman movíe, one of my choices would be Russell Crowe
@@MyShiroyuki yes, animal themed heroes and villains at first too cause he thought they would have the best instinctual challenge. he would slowly branch out from there.

This is especially hilarious because in this movie he's upstaged by a smarter, richer, better female black woman who saved him from dying so he could be a tool for her schemes.
See this is the problem. Kraven the hunter isn't a hero. He's literally a villain. This is supposed to be a movie about a villain. Kraven is a big game hunter who lives for the thrill of the hunt & goes after the most dangerous prey. He comes to New York to hunt Spiderman believing him to be the greatest challenge to his abilities. That's literally the story of his origin in the comics. If this movie made him a hero then it's not a movie about Kraven the hunter.
Also most media give him better reasons for superpowers. Like spectacular spider man where once beaten, gets them from proto jackal(modifying the lizard formula)!
The response to Kraven has had the odd effect of confirming a lot of my prior presumptions. 1. Vegans don't care about animals; they just hate other people. 2. The things that dislike masculine men most in the world are feminine men and masculine women. In that order. 3. Feminists are existential hypocrites. They will decry the presumption that women are better at raising children as "stereotypical", yet actively disregard negative stereotypes of fathers. (This one is particularly erroneous as single father's produce more well-behaved and functional children than single mother's, though there could be other reasons for this like women being more willing to marry a man with kids than a man being more willing to marry a woman with kids)
Generally I agree except the first point. It's interesting when something comes along and is ill received by a majority of people, but then you look into it and it's disliked for basically two different things
It's a bunch of different movie clips without an actual cohesive storyline or Spider-Man at ALL. Like they were contracted to.use up DEI money alloted to launder before they got penalized for it. Kraven was a spoiled rich kid in the comics, and was completely selfish and amoral, and he ended himself after he thought that he killed Spider Man because apparently after that he had nothing to live for. Not only is he one of the worst Spider Man villains in the comics, but THE WORST villain to adapt into a Spider Man movie without Spider Man(wtf??? 🤦♂️🤷♂️) Also,Calypso was a Caribbean voodoo priestess, her character in this movie makes no sense - the comics character wouldn't have known what a lawyer was if they slapped her with a defamation lawsuit;the concept is totally ridiculous. 😖👎👎
I didn't dislike the movie. It reminded me a bit of the latest Fast and Furious releases, movies that are not known for being great but are fun to watch. Kraven wasn't particularly great, but I had a good time. Only complaining about "toxic masculinity" is just cheap criticism, it goes to show they don't have much else to say
It was alright not great but not horrible. The background flashback could of been a bit smaller or have him develop more hunting techniques. Though the assassin thing could be him hunting a challenge.

This movie isn't woke bad, it's just bad bad. Just like the rest of the Venomverse.
But is it at least entertaining in any way?
@@theunknowncommenter725sure why not!
Solid review, glad u see thru the evil propaganda
Disparu: "Nobody would describe this movie as "tight"."
Ryan from Pitch Meeting: "I would...."
Really great analysis!
11:21 What you think of RDJ's "english accent" in Sherlock Holmes? I'm just curious.
So glad to see this. I love your laughs.
Lol "cavernous script energy" 😂😂😂
Get Aaron Taylor-Johnson a double cheeseburger and a chocolate shake ffs
Brad Pitt in Snatch does pretty spot on accent
Cry toxic masculinity, and you'll lose your credibility.
Well, I don't see much support to masculinity, nor encourage it...
How far will you go to own the chuds?
About 3.5 billion in losses to date

Anyone who talks about "toxic masculinity" when reviewing something should be fired.
No, people hate this movie because it was poorly written and misrepresented Kraven from the comics.
Need a black smart women to make it better.
I don't know if masculine movies can even really exist like they used to In this society's soft sensitive world
Toxic masculinity means "Your manliness makes feel uncomfortable".
the people who hate it Really makes me want to watch it... except for the lawyer parts ...
In fact, I think I'll see the advertisements at least twice, before I don't see it even once...
Bro Kraven isn't a hero he's a villain
Yep, I've seen people tear up more about animal cruelty in movies than cruelty towards humans. Shows how to twisted we are as humans.
.
The madame web actress, i don't like her acting, but i respect her attitude . She doesn't sound petty and insufferable like the other actors, calling fans names and such, very professional . I truly wish her good luck .
It's interesting when something comes along and is ill received by a majority of people, but then you look into it and it's disliked for basically two different things
the fact you thought the actors in Braveheart were trying to do English accents says it all
jokes on her, i haven't even seen Madame Web once.
The guy says "toxic masculinity" like a character says "based economy" in Velma.
The only human deaths people seem to cry about is all of the offscreen deaths in Man Of Steel. Smh
It's a bunch of different movie clips without an actual cohesive storyline or Spider-Man at ALL. Like they were contracted to.use up DEI money alloted to launder before they got penalized for it. AI was likely used for the dumb disjointed interactions where checkbox characters didn't actually communicate. They certainly couldn't promote a successful relationship between father & sons. Or well adjusted sons, hence the girl boss multicultural nonsense insert. And animal whatever rights ? thing sort of? Russiarussiarussia of course. Like I said, used up cutting room clips & end of year obligatory funding to avoid breaxh of contract.
Joker 2 is on hbo now.....I have to wonder if I have the ability to sit there and watch it.
Don't do that to yourself. You'll feel guilt, but without the happy memories.
Test your faith against the monster, holy man!
I feel bad for the actors involved, they clearly were given different directions for different scenes, they look confused IN THE TRAILER
Kraven was a spoiled rich kid in the comics, and was completely selfish and amoral,
and he ended himself after he thought that he killed Spider Man because apparently after that he had nothing to live for.
Not only is he one of the worst Spider Man villains in the comics, but THE WORST villain to adapt into a Spider Man movie without Spider Man(wtf??? 🤦♂️🤷♂️) Also,Calypso was a Caribbean voodoo priestess, her character in this movie makes no sense -
the comics character wouldn't have known what a lawyer was if they slapped her with a defamation lawsuit;the concept is totally ridiculous.
😖👎👎
Masculinity? In MY current year?
How very dare you?!!1!1!1!!11!!
- I saw that first 8 minutes thing and I had hoped it was gonna be mostly that but I guess that really was the best parts?
People are sick of crap films that are made out of obligation so the studio can keep the movie rights.
I have to be honest, when I see critics this much against a movie, I like it without even seeing it and will be far more likely to watch it.
Hilarious as always 😆
We need to show up and support this film if its annoying them. 😅
It was alright not great but not horrible. The background flashback could of been a bit smaller or have him develop more hunting techniques. Though the assassin thing could be him hunting a challenge.
I think that the reason is that there was no adds about the movie at any point.
Isn't it ironic that I am way more interested to watch this movie simply because critics hated it for "toxic masculinity" compared to those movies with "strong female leads"?
That guy banging on about toxic masculinity is only doing it because he has no idea what it is like to be masculine.
I mean, critical drinker said it was pretty bad.
yeh venom sucked
Ughh...i almost wanna buy 12 tickets just because like always the woke find a stupid reason to hate a movie.
Wait; Kraven THE HUNTER, saves animals? Mr. Never met an animal he didn't want to kill, SAVES animals now?
