This is an IP masterclass. It took me decades to learn half of this the hard way. PLEASE protect your IP. Tax codes, operation agreements, licensing, distribution, trademark and patents.

Yeah they some smart dudes and still making money. Lol. I thought they fell of but they been getting money. They own coogi. Coogi and polo is my favorite brands.
I worked for FUBU RECORDS for 4 years. I totally love and respect my brothers. I learned more from them than I ever did in college. Much respect to my brothers and especially Keith for giving me that opportunity 🏆🏆🏆🏆💯💯💯

He’s code switching the hell out of Shark Tank! I never expected him to talk like this 😂
Lol right lol.
When LL had the hat on in the GAP commercial.....That was a HARDBODY move!!!
a FUBU TV Show instead of a Doc or a Mini-series would be fire ...something like "How to Make It in America"🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
YES
Yup I second that
There should be a show for upcoming brands they pick 5 top brands from different cities every month to display their items 🔥the good brands get hands on training to work with big brands!
You don’t know what it takes to make it in America yet
Easily binge watch that series.

One of the best episodes!!! Billion $$$ worth of game in this episode. Fantastic jobs guys on the guest selections. This one had the most value IMO. The others were entertaining but this was educational.
It was always a childhood dream of mine to design for FUBU. Glad to know they still out here and all the flowers to them. Hit me with a link!
I used to boost them Karl Kani sets, was lookin super fresh 1998

We NEED a FUBU mini series doc!
This is priceless information. Pay attention folks.
I am glad Damen still rep his crew and keep everything equal and historic with the FUBU brand. He never forgotten where they came from early beginnings!
This segment is so INFORMATIVE!!! I saw them on Monte Williams show (years ago) when they hit as a new company grossing over $200 million. They did the WORK for our community. Thank you for helping me FUBU. My mind just clicked about my business. ❤❤❤❤❤. The best to all of you. Daymon shark tank gave so many of our businesses a CHANCE🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
Lets not forget the legendary LL Cool J Gap commercial where he was promoting FUBU on the low! Next to Phat Farm, Karki, and Tommy Hilfiger.. FUBU was the shit back in the days!
I need FUBU to come back! Best fit for jeans I ever had! Still have my pair from 2005

This has been the most informative episode of Drink Champs. Thank you, Nore and EFN, for inviting them on. They dropped atomic bombs of knowledge and wisdom. Now, it's up to us to gain an understanding.
This might be the best drink champ’s interview I’ve watched! Very inspiring and makes me proud of everyone in room! S/O to the 90s we weren’t never scared of anything including the possibility of our success and it seems like no matter where we are at in our lives right now… we still have that solid, enterprising, innovative REAL 90s motion in us. Much ❤
Who remember the jeans with the fat Albert characters on the back of the pockets that were fubu
Had all the jeans and the shirt. Pockets so big I put my books in them
Platinum fubu I had the mush mouth shirt
Dope interview Drink Champs & FUBU Founders Congratulations Salute 2024!!
Great interview learned a lot. Need more
This segment was the BEST YET!!!!
Damon like... "I don't want to talk much..." 🤣😂😭🌊🏄♂️
Damn. I didn’t want this interview to end.
listing to my brothers tell their stories and knowing that shit started with niggas believeing in each others capabilities and buying into the vision and went all in, reminds me of how its not always the destination but you have to appreciate and be present in the journey. I personally havent been this inspired to get back on my grind in a long time, I hope Netflix is listening so they can get busy on the series, hustlers need inspiration.
Yo every Drink Champs episode I keep saying "this the greatest episode" but I'll be damned if this aint the best episode. Amazing success story. Movie, book, tv series, all pf the above gonna be 🍌's
Its a SHARK 🦈 in the building‼️ s/o to the gang 👏🏽 much love ❤️ 🙏🏽
A great American story. I’ll never forget the way Fubu hit. Came back to school that summer and it was all fubu everything.
Appreciate Drink Champs for this interview 💯
Fubu are legends.
Dope interview!
Having LL wear FB while signed to Gap was genius and it went unnoticed for years
Polo Nautica Tommy Hilfiger... My top 3!
This probably the best episode yet. these cats are geniuses.
Great, motivational interview. I love the golden age of Hip-Hop fashion.
IIRC Cali and Texas stayed rockin’ FUBU gear, especially those from Houston and The Bay Area.
I still have a jersey. I’m saving for my son… 25 years old still looks perfect.
Educational and Inspirational
They are so inspirational

Salute 2 The FUBU Brotherhood !!!
Much respect, even though this convo is above my pay grade. I bought my fubu from a lady that was proud of her bootlegged fubu stamped product lol. She said she would buy truck loads from the docks in the city. A few years later they were shut down though. Apologies
This was a true good ass episode!!!!!
Love this guy DJ and FUBU 🔥 legendary geniuses

Great advice told here about business, marketing, perseverance and licensing. Crazy how FUBU was in the middle of the Biggie & 2Pac beef because they were dressing everyone involved.
this is hip hop right here .
GREAT INTERVIEW, THANKS !!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥❤❤❤❤❤
I’m from queens born and raised and I still rock polo shirt to socks, a lot of people not trying to walk around with a billboard on or flea market designs and call it fly
Another one for the books 📚 🔥
Revolt tv is the best 🔥
No Diddy
I had a pair of black tight fubu jeans I just loved!
The name FUBU was a double edged sword because once it blew up. Black folks in the west coast took it as only they could wear it. Eventually that attitude catch up to the brand. Only black people bought FUBU and everyone else would go and buy SouthPole, Echo, Rocawear etc... If they addressed that early on FUBU might of continued to this day. They were the first, usually when you got that level of success, it's a good sign.
Maurice Malone Clothing 🔥💯
Salute gentleman 🙏🏽❤️
Damon a genius these guys set it up for brands like mines salute 💯
S/O the brothas at Fubu, Karl Kani, Cross Colors, School of hard Knocks
Rakim 100 percent cursed twice on My Melody.
"Pull out your money, pull out your cut
Pull up a chair, and I'ma tear shit up"
"I wouldn't have came to set my name and run the same weak shit
Putting blurs and slurs and words that don't fit in a rhyme"
Best drink champs interview! Thanks for the business insights.. Respect Fubu. We trademarking over here..
