There will be no problem for Hyderabad. It is in auto pilot mode now and will be so for many many years to come. Andhra may develop but it doesn’t mean that Hyderabad will lag behind. It is not a joke to create ORR, RRR, International airport, cosmo cultured people etc. only some pockets like Kokapet etc will stagnate but other location like South Hyderabad will flourish in next 5 years.
