- Yore Life as X series continues with Part 1 (of 2) of the challenging life of a Victorian Era Gangster in 1850s and 1860s. This covers your life from birth in Ireland to immigration to Whitechapel, one of the crime infested and poor parts of London's darker and seedier underbelly.

My new favourite channel to listen to while I toil away
Hot damn that was impeccably good! Can't wait for next week's episode! Keep it up!

Great work!!! 👏👏👏
You're such a great story teller. You bring everything to life. I love your content. I was going to wait for part two but couldnt haha
I promise you won't have to wait long. It is almost ready. I ensured I released part 1 with part 2s narrations done, so I'm just finalizing. It will be up this weekend. Thanks for watching!
My family on my father's side fled Ireland in the early 1850s to Liverpool for a better life. 5 generations later, and my father still lives in Eastham on the wirral. I now live in Chester. Crazy how one event has moved an entire family to a new location.
Always worth my time! Thanks.
When I saw the mom was a match maker, I already had a hunch that her health was destined to take a dive... at least she didn't get that weird jaw condition.
Aye...Phossy jaw was not a good way to go :(
Consumption aka tuberculosis. 🤐
@@justanotherbrickinthewall2843 Aye :) I probably should have clarified that!
Another great video as always!
Very nice video once again, glad you’re back!
Another great story!
really nice story :)
Really good. The way you tell the story almost puts me there. Thank you. As mentioned, it’s an escape.
Cheers thanks for watching. I will ensure part 2 finale is up next weekend.
My name's also Liam, so hearing you start the video with my name freaked me out for a sec, ngl.
Thanks for the good work. Keep it up, stay safe and God bless.
LOL...that would've freaked me out too :)
So interesting thank you
Awesome!!!
Oh this is gunna be great!
People should take a look at how humanity has gone through some quite challenging times when powerty used to be a "normal" situation for so many people! This can and will pobably return in some form or another along the way of humanity! Even today we have a tendency to forget that there are very poor and suffering people in the world. DO NOT think that this will not happen to you! It can, and most probaly will, some time in the not so distant future.
Maratha empire history please make video
many poor people kept their morals straight, their clothes and tiny homes clean even though the furnishings would have been few, worn and perhaps tattered. Tales from my grandmother.
Absolutely.
Hey man what’s going on with the Roman Silk Road trip? 😢
I mentioned it in the community update. I lost all my work in my hard drive crash a few months back. Including the map and art assets. So will finish it but need to recreate it again...ie a stretch where my work isn't so busy. That's why I created this one using a slightly different method (No maps and complicated animated assets.) So likely a month but it will be after next Persian history video.
Aww, fuck, my 'tatoes.
Jesus Christ, London. Probably would'a been better off starvin'.
Thank God, criminals. I'm happy nothing bad will happen ever again.
Oh no.
