Yes, but it would likely be less effort to wait until June and do it without snow shoes. The remaining snow will be firm above the tree line and snow shoes would not benefit you much. Still would want to take an ice axe and crampons for the upper half of the summit ridge.

Great job, looked like a long day. I am not great at skiing but would it be possible in early May to complete in one day with snowshoes?
