Top floor is the best choice in a high rise. There is a reason why penthouses are premium.
Other advantages are privacy- no one can peep into your apartment which is a big thing. common spaces are usually at the disposal of owners as no one really bothers and then safety. No one is expected to come just like that on the floor.

Kolkata mein RCC structure G+13 apartment mein 13th floor is good. 13th is lucky for us. Practically 14th. They have rooftop plan less heating and less rain consumption plan. Awesome View, Consume Electricity Bill, No Pollution, No Chipkali, No Mosquito, No Sound from Other Top Floor. And we can use rooftop also. Others can't.
One question room size is larger than other floors ?

Don't know about others, but sobha gives priority for top floors to have car parking neat lift lobby. So someone on lower floor will have to walk more for parking than one on top floor. So overall it plays out equally for everyone.

Sir Rohini, delhi main dda LIG flat ka Fourth floor with roof bna hua kya legal h./alloud h. lena chahiye ya nhi. Aage chalkar koi problem to nhi hogi. Plz bta dein.🙏🙏
