I just went thru that with my phone too. I wrote a letter to Geneva about this, it really upset me but I defeated their silly little system by spoofing my phones MAC address on my laptop, took 2 minutes to do without any need to see the IT people.
I have been on 50 cruises, on almost all the majors and to me MSC is fine. I have seen Carnival crew sun bathing topless on the crew pool area and I just don't care. You are complaining about loud music on a cruise ship, that is truly funny.. I agree the green carpet is weird, haven't seen that on any MSC cruises I have been on yet but clearly they have it. Its a Swiss / Italian company so yes things are different. I have not seen stains on furniture on any MSC cruise so hopefully your video will get the crew on the ship you went on to do their jobs better. The free stuff is never really free, the free Kleenex etc. is not really free, there is a reason why Royal Caribbean has the highest prices in the industry but there you can have your free Kleenex. I just got off of an MSC cruise this weekend and you are flat wrong about there not being evening turn down service, we had it every night of the cruise - and we have had it on every MSC cruise we have ever been on. If you purchase the drink package then the sparkling water is free, you opted for the cheapest cruise fare and they do not include it. You cant get free sparkling water on Royal or Carnival either unless you have a drink package.

Your review of MSC differences was a good watch. We are embarking on a 71 day 3 cruise line 3 ship cruise from Seattle to Italy ending in Florida. The 2nd ship is MSC so we will be posting our experiences onboard. Check us out Retired time to cruise we would appreciate any feedback you have.

Ditto! I'm glad I tried it but won't be going back - unless I somehow land a cabin in the Yacht Club!
I can't even stand the smoking section in the casino, let alone allowing smoking in all outdoor areas. Will not try MSC.
