Hi Lucas, how can this system/approach be used/impelemented in a GTD workflow? I it useful to somehow join them? I think it may be linked to the "> 2 min actions". I'd like to listen your ideas on this, thanks!
Leave, Delegate, Do later and Do Now. I try to never write down anything that I do not truly intend on doing. So leave, is out of the picture for me 😂 In my not urgent not important box I place most of my leisure activities, download books from Audible, watch a gaming video, play a game of pool, read a comic. Things I love to do but really don’t need to do. I really don’t delegate. I may assign chores 😆. Urgent and unimportant quad consist of remedial preparation and quick fix tasks, polish boots, change interior light settings, prepare lunch, things that need to be done within a certain time bracket that are not do or die. Most of my task live in Not urgent but important. Long term or not urgent projects that definitely can not be ignored. Oil changes, Dinner dates with Family members, carefully planned conversations with loved ones. Important urgent barley need to be addressed. These are things that need to be done as soon as possible, with alerts that will dramatically impact my life if I don’t accomplish them. I think Tic Tic is one on the best at handling and automatic assigning tasks. I use the quadrants in Sorted also when my brain is on vacation. 😂 Great video

No problem with combining them. GTD is an organization system, the Eisenhower Matrix is a priorization system.

What could possibly be Urgent but not important.... All the other categories make sense but this one!
Like Recharging the data pack.. Paying electricity bills etc
