It focuses on the development of the characters who survived, and how they eventually stop trying to ignore the tragic love and realize that they can't let the little stories fade away. Thus, Commander Armin Arlert, as technology against the titans grows ever greater, resigns and becomes a writer. Oh yeah,.and it shows levi and eren with their happily ever after in heaven :)
