I think I read a while ago that when an object moves too fast for the brain to process color then the mind perceives the object as white. At regular speed, I thought the UAP was white but when staff FINALLY captured it in a still frame, it doesn't actually appear white or completely tic tac shaped.

When I was 13 my bed was right in front of my window, I used to watch the sky all the time for years, watching stars and wondering about life, 1 night I saw something so bizarre, it wasn’t normal, there were 4 or 5 things that looked like stars moving in the bright night, together they formed a “0” but super high like right in the atmosphere, they were so far away i bet even if it was someone or something they couldn’t even see my city, but for some reason i felt it, it felt like they could see me watching them. I told my mom the next day but I was just a kid that “probably using my imagination or making it up”. I can hardly remember what I was looking at but it’s the way they moved is something I knew wasn’t normal and I’ll never forget. Never seen them or anything like it ever again.

Video players tend to have key mappings for frame-by-frame seeking, yet these people fiddle around with mouse and time slider while everyone is waiting for them. I've seen this happen in several important settings, usually public trials.
Why are they using VLC to do frame by frame in a video? Quicktime would have been better for frame by frame. For those who are oblivious, you can skip forward one frame in VLC media player by pressing the "E" key. On youtube videos, you can go back one frame by using the "" key. I know these tricks because I am a 3D animator. The best way to do this is find a part of the video playing in real-time without them stopping it, and then manually go frame by frame yourself.

My parents saw a ufo when I was 13. They would always go out on the back deck for a cigarette and one evening they both came in and I just remember them talking in a concerned/bewildered tone between eachother. Me and my sisters noticed because they were clearly not calm and we asked them what was going on. They told us that they had seen something in the sky. They said it was a large flat black rectangle about the size of a football field. They said it was about 200ft above them and probably 200ft or so (rough estimate) to the west. They said it was very low, and absolutely massive. It had no lights, zero sound, and flew across the city very slowly. They both remember it very well to this day. If it was anyone other than my parents, I would hesitate to believe it. But my parents are both very honest people, and they weren't kidding around. This happened in my hometown of Edmonton Alberta Canada in about 2004. I asked them if I could record their testimony of the account to put here on youtube, but they weren't comfortable with that idea. These things are real, whatever they are. It's fascinating to think about for sure.
That's amazing story thanks for sharing. When I lived in EDM in 2015 west end. My uncle and I saw a triangle , black and on each corner was pulsating colors going from green to orange. It must have been about as high up as that black Pyramid by WEM cause we lived not far from the Mall. Anyways. I was bewildered at what I saw and my uncle dropped his drink in disbelief. It flew above us silently and than it was just gone out of out view. We don't talk about it cause it was actually a horrifying moment.
Around 2004 I was at a 7-Eleven near the largest Air Base in the world and I saw a massive massive black triangle sitting completely still in the sky. However luckily it was night, so when the glowing flying orb(sorry that's the only way I can describe it) vanished, it left a nice red trail of light behind it as it wipped around the mountain. If it were day time, I;m sure it would have looked like it just disappeared since it shot off so quickly.
Navy should have high frame rate cameras for capturing these fast moving UAPs. Just like how we never knew how those birds managed to slide back and forth on branches until viewed with high frame rate cameras which exposes the fact that the bird vibrated its feet so fast that our eyes couldn't see and conventional cameras couldn't see. For all we know this could be high atmosphere creatures capable of things we can't currently comprehend just as there is fish living extremely deep in the ocean as well as organisms that live in volcanically active sections under water. The first question you need to ask the deputy director of naval intelligence is “what is your security clearance level” does he have the highest clearance level 38 assuming published info is correct. You then need to ask why is Naval Intelligence handling UAPs and not Airforce Intelligence. I believe there are two parts to this firstly the Philadelphia Experiment and then the Naval budget which dwarfs the other Military budgets enabling black ops budgets to be hidden in their accounting.

The vast majority of the population still thinks this is a joke, good luck getting that to happen out in the open. Having said that, I guarantee you the military has higher quality video of these crafts but will not be sharing them willingly any time soon. They have given up on the weather balloons and swamp gas excuses because by now anyone with a brain knows that is idiotic - we have cases where these things are viewed by pilots, filmed and marked on radar in the same instance, they know they can't credibly discredit these types of sightings, so now they are going with 'yeah we see these things too, but we don't know what they are', the reality is, they do know what they are and they have a lot more information about these things than they want to release to the public, or even to our elected government.
"They" have all kinds of clear footage that "we" don't get to see. We get a very watered down version or an outright lie at best. Remember, there are two versions of these government reports: classified and declassified. It's that way by design.

I saw a spherical UAP years ago at a distance of about 120 yards and at a complete stop, it was about 3-4 feet in diameter and shiny, (the gentleman speaking described it as reflective, I found it very odd that it looked like a mirror ball yet it did not reflect it's surroundings, so I call it shiny). When I stopped to look at the object it moved slowly out of my view, It moved like a blob in a lava lamp, it moved like oil in water! One end elongated in the direction it was headed,(giving it a wired 🍐 shape) eventually the main mass of the object cought up to leading edge making it a sphere again. So to answer the second congressmans question, the one I observed was not a solid nor was it a gas, it was a liquid( I call it a liquid metal drone). I also observed what it had been doing... It was collecting water vapor... It was a Liquid Metal Drone that was collecting a gas. So, my question is why does it need water?

There are only couple of species of birds that can fly over or close to 30k feet from sea level and both of them are from south east asia or africa especially in areas like the desert or areas which have calm winds . There are no species of birds that can cross 30k to 33k feet besides the desert or migratory cranes; at those crazy altitudes air is super thin, hypothermia, extreme radiation, extreme oxygen deprivation will happen at the same time. My friends grandmother caught 3 and it was on camcorder back in the early 2000s and that baffled me because I know she wasn’t capable of faking it they were initially just sitting still in a triangle then 2 shot of in different directions but were still on site and then they all shot of together and I’ve never seen anything as convincing as that. The one in this video initially looks like a sphere but when I paused it it looked like spin top tilting forward. Kind of like how Bob lazar explains them moving

It actually seems like that UAP literally passed in front of the aircraft from like "1mm" distance in lateral angle, because you see that "lightning" at one point in front of the aircraft before the UAP is shown at the distance on the right on that 1 frame.. Imagine the level of calculation and precision that requires at those kind of speeds. Regarding worries about flight safety, they are showing right here that we can bypass your aircrafts from 1 mm distance in lateral angle in flight, while not causing a crash. Papa Uark in 1980 I saw a black triangle and it did get on the news because it was seen in two other locations and was reported. The announcer on the radio was laughing all the way through the story.

It was only about 30 yds off the highway and about 150 ft up, so I was pretty close and I think the size estimate is pretty good. So I don't think it would transport many troops. I think if tr3b was used for troop transport it wouldn't be much of a secret. Do you have any credible sources saying the tr3b actually exists? Also if back in 1980 were a top secret craft it would make no sense for it to be in the three locations it was seen the night I saw it.

Deep space telescopes are training their sights on specific regions. It's the same as holding up a pair of binoculars. You cannot see " everything" all at once

However from first observation it seems that this agency is working in the dark or possibly a front for public theater, I'd like to be wrong. If you where to open this up believably, the first image shouldn't be an obvious camera distortion which most people would right off in 20 seconds as all the stars/pin lights in the sky are also triangular. The second video was shot from a plane at high speed so the object isn't a good example either (I'd say it wasn't enough evidence for possibly being a party/weather balloon). Pilots have reported orbs moving around planes slowly and following at greater speed than the plane since WW2, I'm sure there are images of this out there. My point is if you want the public to take this department seriously, show more believable footage or examples that are more obviously unexplained, like the pentagon footage last year from the Naval training encounter.

I've seen a couple of those silver sphere UFO's a few years ago. Two of them were flew and hovered around another giant craft that was almost triangular in shape that was pretty much floating. I've seen over the base near Barstow like 15 years ago a object moving over the horizon it looked like a black cloud that was very transparent. It made very quick movements and was rather large given the distance watching. Never saw that again

The movement defies what we know about physics, such as descending 80,000 ft in mere seconds without the craft or it's occupants being torn apart. I may have seen an uap back in 2002-03. It was winter night, around 10.30 to 11 pm at night. I came out my front door and went out to the right side of my house, just then i saw a bright orb (spherical about size of a cricket ball) silently moving from the northern to southern sky and disappeared behind some bamboo trees. It was not that high up, maybe, I couldn't figure it's altitude. But it was silent and Swift. At first I thought it might be a meteor (i see commonly during winter nights). But it had no trail and it simply went horizontally away.
On 2016 of August 23 I witnessed two orb shaped crafts moving along the edge of some low clouds. I had been loading a tractor trailer when I happen to notice two unfamiliar objects. They where not very easy to see at first because they were similar in color to the surrounding clouds. They were similar in shape to a lemon with the long ends facing forward and back. As they traveled through the clouds they resembled a lion and her cub. One of the objects moved in a steady forward motion as the other object sort of danced around the other. They were far to large to be balloons and they were not birds. They moved alongside the clouds as if they were being propelled. I estimated the craft to be about ten to fifteen feet in diameter. I did not have my phone one at the time as it was in my office. The entire time that they were visible was about a minute long. There is no way to know exactly how large they were as the was nothing to compare their size but I've seen plenty of Cessna airplanes flying above the shop to get a rough idea. I have also driver eighteen wheeler enough to fairly judge distance. That week I thought of everything that it could of been but nothing came close to what I saw.
I've seen the exact same thing in Houston, TX about 10 to 15 years ago. SW Houston from the 10th floor of a hospital. Hovering and moving back and forth then it took off. It was high in the sky and it could easily be missed because of the color and size and how quickly it moved.
Saw the same thing in '94 or '95 at 10am up in the blue sky in South America - Bolivia. I was talking with my father and then i looked up and saw it. It is an impressive and unforgettable experience, I have managed to observe it approximately three times, on two occasions I had the opportunity to appreciate it more closely, they are ships similar to an airplane, nothing more than a round shape of a silvery gray plate, it is very impressive to observe it for the first time, and the third time I saw it similar to this video near the sun, nothing else this ship remained static sometimes it moved around the sun then it remained static, and on the ground the shadow of the steam was observed I looked towards the sun there was that similar flying object to the video, nothing else that ship remained static with circular movements, those three moments were very impressive.

I think I read a while ago that when an object moves too fast for the brain to process color then the mind perceives the object as white. At regular speed, I thought the UAP was white but when staff FINALLY captured it in a still frame, it doesn't actually appear white or completely tic tac shaped.

When I was 13 my bed was right in front of my window, I used to watch the sky all the time for years, watching stars and wondering about life, 1 night I saw something so bizarre, it wasn’t normal, there were 4 or 5 things that looked like stars moving in the bright night, together they formed a “0” but super high like right in the atmosphere, they were so far away i bet even if it was someone or something they couldn’t even see my city, but for some reason i felt it, it felt like they could see me watching them. I told my mom the next day but I was just a kid that “probably using my imagination or making it up”. I can hardly remember what I was looking at but it’s the way they moved is something I knew wasn’t normal and I’ll never forget. Never seen them or anything like it ever again.

Why are they using VLC to do frame by frame in a video? Quicktime would have been better for frame by frame. For those who are oblivious, you can skip forward one frame in VLC media player by pressing the "E" key. On youtube videos, you can go back one frame by using the "" key. I know these tricks because I am a 3D animator. The best way to do this is find a part of the video playing in real-time without them stopping it, and then manually go frame by frame yourself.

My parents saw a ufo when I was 13. They would always go out on the back deck for a cigarette and one evening they both came in and I just remember them talking in a concerned/bewildered tone between eachother. Me and my sisters noticed because they were clearly not calm and we asked them what was going on. They told us that they had seen something in the sky. They said it was a large flat black rectangle about the size of a football field. They said it was about 200ft above them and probably 200ft or so (rough estimate) to the west. They said it was very low, and absolutely massive. It had no lights, zero sound, and flew across the city very slowly. They both remember it very well to this day. If it was anyone other than my parents, I would hesitate to believe it. But my parents are both very honest people, and they weren't kidding around. This happened in my hometown of Edmonton Alberta Canada in about 2004. I asked them if I could record their testimony of the account to put here on youtube, but they weren't comfortable with that idea. These things are real, whatever they are. It's fascinating to think about for sure.

Happened to me and 2 of my friends. However luckily it was night, so when the glowing flying orb(sorry that's the only way I can describe it) vanished, it left a nice red trail of light behind it as it wipped around the mountain. If it were day time, I;m sure it would have looked like it just disappeared since it shot off so quickly.

Navy should have high frame rate cameras for capturing these fast moving UAPs. Just like how we never knew how those birds managed to slide back and forth on branches until viewed with high frame rate cameras which exposes the fact that the bird vibrated its feet so fast that our eyes couldn't see and conventional cameras couldn't see. For all we know this could be high atmosphere creatures capable of things we can't currently comprehend just as there is fish living extremely deep in the ocean as well as organisms that live in volcanically active sections under water. Having said that, I guarantee you the military has higher quality video of these crafts but will not be sharing them willingly any time soon. I saw a spherical UAP years ago at a distance of about 120 yards and at a complete stop, it was about 3-4 feet in diameter and shiny, (the gentleman speaking described it as reflective, I found it very odd that it looked like a mirror ball yet it did not reflect it's surroundings, so I call it shiny). When I stopped to look at the object it moved slowly out of my view, It moved like a blob in a lava lamp, it moved like oil in water! One end elongated in the direction it was headed,(giving it a wired 🍐 shape) eventually the main mass of the object cought up to leading edge making it a sphere again. So to answer the second congressmans question, the one I observed was not a solid nor was it a gas, it was a liquid( I call it a liquid metal drone).
I also observed what it had been doing... It was collecting water vapor... It was a Liquid Metal Drone that was collecting a gas.
So, my question is why does it need water?

My friends grandmother caught 3 and it was on camcorder back in the early 2000s and that baffled me because I know she wasn’t capable of faking it they were initially just sitting still in a triangle then 2 shot of in different directions but were still on site and then they all shot of together and I’ve never seen anything as convincing as that. The one in this video initially looks like a sphere but when I paused it it looked like spin top tilting forward. Kind of like how Bob lazar explains them moving

It actually seems like that UAP literally passed in front of the aircraft from like "1mm" distance in lateral angle, because you see that "lightning" at one point in front of the aircraft before the UAP is shown at the distance on the right on that 1 frame.. Imagine the level of calculation and precision that requires at those kind of speeds. Regarding worries about flight safety, they are showing right here that we can bypass your aircrafts from 1 mm distance in lateral angle in flight, while not causing a crash. It was only about 30 yds off the highway and about 150 ft up, so I was pretty close and I think the size estimate is pretty good. So I don't think it would transport many troops. I think if tr3b was used for troop transport it wouldn't be much of a secret. Do you have any credible sources saying the tr3b actually exists? Also if back in 1980 were a top secret craft it would make no sense for it to be in the three locations it was seen the night I saw it.

Deep space telescopes are training their sights on specific regions. It's the same as holding up a pair of binoculars. You cannot see " everything" all at once
Deep space telescopes focus on distant objects so anything around our atmosphere would be beyond blurry or invisible.

I appreciate that we have started a debate on this subject, the fact it's taken this long is very disappointing and also suspicious. However from first observation it seems that this agency is working in the dark or possibly a front for public theater, I'd like to be wrong. If you where to open this up believably, the first image shouldn't be an obvious camera distortion which most people would right off in 20 seconds as all the stars/pin lights in the sky are also triangular. The second video was shot from a plane at high speed so the object isn't a good example either (I'd say it wasn't enough evidence for possibly being a party/weather balloon). Pilots have reported orbs moving around planes slowly and following at greater speed than the plane since WW2, I'm sure there are images of this out there. My point is if you want the public to take this department seriously, show more believable footage or examples that are more obviously unexplained, like the pentagon footage last year from the Naval training encounter.

I've seen a couple of those silver sphere UFO's a few years ago. Two of them were flew and hovered around another giant craft that was almost triangular in shape that was pretty much floating.
These are the same UFOs that blew up that SpaceX rocket a few years ago. You can see 3 of them if you look at the 4k version of the videos.
3:00 in VLC there is a button to skip frames, but for some reason it's not on their version of the interface. It could have saved them an awkward moment to look for the exact frame they need.
EDIT: in VLC you can change the interface entirely to your liking by adding or removing buttons that you need or don't need. Go to 'tools' and click on 'customize interface'.

The movement defies what we know about physics, such as descending 80,000 ft in mere seconds without the craft or it's occupants being torn apart. I may have seen an uap back in 2002-03. It was winter night, around 10.30 to 11 pm at night. I came out my front door and went out to the right side of my house, just then i saw a bright orb (spherical about size of a cricket ball) silently moving from the northern to southern sky and disappeared behind some bamboo trees. It was not that high up, maybe, I couldn't figure it's altitude. But it was silent and Swift. At first I thought it might be a meteor (i see commonly during winter nights). But it had no trail and it simply went horizontally away.

On 2016 of August 23 I witnessed two orb shaped crafts moving along the edge of some low clouds. I had been loading a tractor trailer when I happen to notice two unfamiliar objects. They where not very easy to see at first because they were similar in color to the surrounding clouds. They were similar in shape to a lemon with the long ends facing forward and back.
As they traveled through the clouds they resembled a lion and her cub. One of the objects moved in a steady forward motion as the other object sort of danced around the other.
They were far to large to be balloons and they were not birds.
They moved alongside the clouds as if they were being propelled. I estimated the craft to be about ten to fifteen feet in diameter.
I did not have my phone one at the time as it was in my office. The entire time that they were visible was about a minute long.
There is no way to know exactly how large they were as the was nothing to compare their size but I've seen plenty of Cessna airplanes flying above the shop to get a rough idea. I have also driver eighteen wheeler enough to fairly judge distance.
That week I thought of everything that it could of been but nothing came close to what I saw.
I've seen the exact same thing in Houston, TX about 10 to 15 years ago. SW Houston from the 10th floor of a hospital. Hovering and moving back and forth then it took off. It was high in the sky and it could easily be missed because of the color and size and how quickly it moved.

It is an impressive and unforgettable experience, I have managed to observe it approximately three times, on two occasions I had the opportunity to appreciate it more closely, they are ships similar to an airplane, nothing more than a round shape of a silvery gray plate, it is very impressive to observe it for the first time, and the third time I saw it similar to this video near the sun, nothing else this ship remained static sometimes it moved around the sun then it remained static, and on the ground the shadow of the steam was observed I looked towards the sun there was that similar flying object to the video, nothing else that ship remained static with circular movements, those three moments were very impressive.
