@@joogled1839 No, assetto modding has bad optimization cuz its MODS and they aren't made to be optimized all the time. Game came out back in 2014, if you think its horribly optimized then you just have a potato rig. AC is EXTREMELY optimized and FAR from graphically demanding

Hey goose I decided to set myself a 1000 budget and I know what my racing setup will be:
Wheel: Cammus C5
Pedals: Cammus LC100 (yes I will mod them)
Cockpit: GTLite Pro foldable
Shifter: Thrustmaster TH8S
Moniter: Koorui 27 inch some weird moniter random letters and numbers
Plugging it into my laptop with a 3070 ti and a i7 12700H.
hello, all looks really good on your list. i havent looked at the th8s much, but i currently have the shh newt shifter. it is a usb shifter with a sequential mode too. i would look into it. it will be a similar price once you figure in the usb adapter for the th8s. mine is about 110 usd from their website.

my only complaint would be the monthly fee to access the mod. Would rather have a one time payment. Especially when I'm not exactly good on money.
Oh you can cancel it after downloading, not a problem. The monthly fee is for the regular updates as well as support in discord to help with installation or other issues.
