What an amazing, and refreshing, host. Truly the kind of person I want in the world. Open to experiences, observing without judging, and not blind - or in denial... but open to knowing a bit about what he's for & against, before making those decisions, and appreciating diversity in a thoughtful way.
Well, I'll just say that's probably the best feedback I've received so far!! Thank you sincerely, and stay tuned, it's been a while since I published a new video, but there are plenty on the way !!
Etant Marseillais moi même c'est bien la première fois que quelqu'un Parle Comme il voit de Ma ville Que j'aime tant (Massillia) , Thank you for u'r open eye and For The No-Judgement , Yes it's like u said , hate it or love it , But my friend You know We Love it :). Take Care .
Me encanta Marsella con todos los pros y contras de la ciudad, muy colorida con muchas culturas. Le belleza de ella es que no es perfecta😘😚. Me encantó!!!
I will be based here soon and I am curious because I heard bad news about this place but I know everywhere is not safe and also some things are good. Thanks for the infos.
Great video and info! Thanks for sharing. It seems as though you would find a wide variety of restaurants there featuring foods from the middle east. Is that the case? Thanks!
Kebabs are the MacDonalds of France u know. I wouldn't necessarily come to Marseille for it's cuisine, but sure, you can find options here, especially from Northern Africa and the Middle East.
The water is not dirty by the beautiful beaches, and can’t be compared with Cuba, where you have to wait 1 hour to get a cup of coffee (that is in the best ? Hotel !) and not everyone speaks Arab, Marseille is a beautiful cosmopolitan FREE city !!!😊
As living in Marseille myself since always with all my family I like your take on my city ;) I like your photography of the whole thing too you show thé beauty and the less beautiful That’s such a melting pot always has been too but feel like the living together here is the norm :)
This seems to be a very charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
Wow, this really gives a perspective of the city I hadn't seen before. I'm planning to go to language school in Aix-en-Provence for a few months next year and spend time in Marseille. I'm sure I still will but will have eyes open going into it! Or if anyone has suggestions on great towns to live and learn French in, I'd love to hear them.
Severely polluted rather, especially around the city, although it depends on the current and the spot, the Calanque de Sugiton has perfectly transparent turquoise water, its clean (at least to the naked eye).
@@strengthandlove_ to be honest, I never experienced any of that, and I lived in the center of Marseille (close to gare St. Charles, Belsunce), which is actually a very poor neighborhood, the ''problematic'' places are the northern districts, but that needs to be taken with a grain of salt. If you're just visiting, you won't go there anyway, it's pretty far from the city center. You just need to have some common sense, realize that you're not a local and be careful where to go and at what time, but that applies to everywhere.
Why do you speak with such a disdain about the Northern African in Marseille. Just go assess your Cuba. In English there is an idiom: People who live in glass houses should not throw stones!
@@kal_bewe1837 why not 😦 (btw I see you're a french speaker. Are you a native speaker or did you learn it later in life. How did you learn it I'm a Ghanaian trying to learn French 🇬🇭🇫🇷)
Was just In marseille and I heard bad things but I really enjoyed it. City is more beautiful than people give it credit for.
Never felt unsafe either.
Being from Marseille, you really encapsulated what this city is ! Great job mon ami.
Mercii c'est très important votre feedback ! 😊

Too much pseudo poetry, generalities, cliches, not enough substance.
