But his calculations are not correct, here is why, Mrbeast uses ONLY ORGANIC chocolate from Peru. PRICE organic chocolate anywhere...PLUS PERU uses fair trade and labor where some cocoa bean workers are treated as slaves. The scandal exposing that few years back was an outrage...slave like wages is how many corporations get rich off of poor peoples backs. IT IS very important to buy only fair trade...force the oppressors to pay fair wages. People should be paid more than pennies you know. Peru is the largest ORGANIC cocoa producer in the world and it has gone to lengths to be competitive in fair trade and labor....So yea...mrbeast has chrones disease so he chose the health organic ingredients though they cost more...to make a more healthy snack. REFINED sugars corp companies make are so much worse for you.

Also this person that made the video didn’t even say anything negative? They just critiqued the chocolate and compared it to a better tasting brand. The reason mr. beasts chocolate is more expensive could just be because of the mr. Beast brand.
But even as the person said, people aren’t buying the chocolate for the taste, it’s for the reward. They never even said it tastes bad just that the other one tastes better.

I cringed at first, but after soberly giving it some thought, it makes sense. 3D printers need a heatbed that has the same temperature everywhere on its surface (otherwise the plastic will break mid-print), and if he wanted both chocolates to be at the same temperature, then the equal heat distribution just makes sense i guess

The fact that the lindt chocolate levels easier probably means its been tempered better, which gives it a better snap when you break a piece off and an overall better texture.
Tempered chocolate is great, thats why i almost like lindt better than cadburys, those guys never have quite as good of a snap as id like
You’re right. That’s also why despite Lindt having a better crunch it also melts in the mouth smoothly compared to the Mr.Beast bar which very likely wasn’t tempered well, or at all. I don’t know for sure, but it wouldn’t surprise me if Mr.Beast bars were made of a mixture of melted chocolate that was immediately poured into a chocolate bar mold based on how it was described in the video. That’s what most cheap chocolate makers do.

As a german (who eats alot ...ALOT... of Lind Chocolate) i can confirm, It´s really hard to beat Lindt tastewise. Awesome stuff

I think that over time he will make it better. Like the mrbeast burger, i've seen videos of people saying it's not good, the delivery is crap but that was all at the start and a lot more people like it now. Jimmy always finds a way to fix things and he'll surely get it fixed because you can't be a Willy Wonka with bad chocolate.
I also expect Jimmy to have taken the lessons from the burger and applied them here, both to improve production and shipping etc. Even companies like Coca Cola struggle to launch new products onto the market from time to time.

i thought as much when MrBeast announced the chocolate, tho im disappointed that it's not even 70% as it's probably the sweet spot for most chocolate bars.
overall though, i'd take the lindt chocolate anyday of the week rather than spend 20 extra dollars for a lower quality chocolate that may or may not actually give me something back
although i do want to give props for MrBeast's chocolate design, it stands out pretty well compared to the standard squared out chocolate bars
He is trying to cash in on his fame, simple as that. Just because someone does good on camera doesn't mean we should put him in a pedestal. When he sells something, he is doing business- fairly or not.

that's it. That's the sign of a high-quality tempering of quality chocolate and cacao. Lindt is definitely higher quality. MrBEast is definitely just a known brand name but not as high quality.
