Another Idea !!!! Make a outrigger(or a double canoe catamaran put him in the middle harnessed something like a outrigger but without the boat in the middle) and harness him in the middle attached to aside a vessel strong and huge enough to transport him back home. What is a tank going to do for him he'll die knowing he's captured. Take him home poor guy is lost.
The fishing nets kill so many sea creatures yet humans come together to save one. Humans are very strange
