Hello!
It's been a year since my last mando eng cover! As a huge fan of Mao Buyi, this song has been on my to-sing-list for a whole year! But I didn't really have the courage to sing it for all this time, until a kind soul requested it via IG and got me all hyped up!
Mandarin is extremely difficult to translate... cause... like three syllables in a song can hold the amount of information of like a whole sentence... But because it's so much of a challenge, I give up staying true to the exact word-for-word translation and tried to be more creative with everything! So I ended up having a lot of fun!
Anyway, I hope you all enjoy how this turned out! I look forward to translating and covering more songs in Mandarin this year :)
