That’s why DJ Audits is the only auditor on UA-cam I can bear to watch. Others like DJE Media etc just try to force a bad reaction on every visit, DJ is polite but knows his rights and shows both the good and the bad in equal volumes

Before World War 2, with all the collieries and iron works in the Wolverhampton and Bilston areas, the Foley Steelstock site had a special purpose. Along the Birmingham Canal, it was a basin at right angle to the canal and vacant either side for loading and unloading boats. Tow path was on the opposite side of the canal. Across Millfields Road was the Bilston Flour Mill. During World War 2, the flour mill was replaced by a large motor pressings engineering works and the basin replaced by warehouse units. Some maps had the detail censored. Based on '48 aerial photos, likely the Foley Steelstock and adjacent warehouse are World War 2 era. Old brick building down the street (west) likely offices of the Ettingshall Boiler Works dating to the 1800s (Thomas Banks and Sons est 1835).
The positive ones are always better than the nasty negative ones. 👍

What a great interaction from John and his colleague. It is so good to see the decent interactions from folks instead of them coming out with a crappy attitude, take John for example asking politely if you are allowed to film inside the buildings without prior permission then listening to the reply all without acting like "Billy Big Bollocks" trying to intimidate and harrass you. Was lovely as well that he was open about the business but also told you about the canal, etc

Absolutely sound guy. I doubt the directors/owners of the company realise what an asset he is, he's about to provide amazing marketing for their business to 10s of thousands of people (100s of thousands after a few years potentially).

I like the inline weighing scales on the hoist. Used only use them in testing suppose modern times its changed.😊 Only pick up is hi vis and bump hats when loading.

Nice interaction from that company, hard working individuals who are proud of their jobs and company. When they act shady, aggressive and being twats, those other places are either to no good or hire the idiots of the village to work for them. It is refreshing to see people acting like people and not living on fear propaganda from the news, the media, and that there are people out there doing public photography of commercial, industrial estates, companies from a public settings!! Some people don’t realise that English law and its related regulations prohibits certain activities that are deemed to be unacceptable like murder, rape, burglary, arson, etc etc. Other activities are generally allowed so it follows that you will not see laws allowing things like looking or photographing public or private properties from a public place. There are some exceptions but they will be clearly specified to avoid confusion. Simple.
