It’s very good. I was at their location in lower manhattan a couple years ago and thought it was well balanced. Definitely worth it for people visiting the city.

That pizza looks amazing. Maybe you can do another video and find out more about his dough - hydration %,, what flour or flours he uses, and how many grams in each pizza does he use oil and/o sugar in his dough and thow many oz or grams is one ball of dough for a regular size pie (how many inches are those pes/) Interviewers and people rating pizza rarely, if ever bother to as those questions. He was very generous sharing informaton so my guess he woiuldn't mind telling us what dough he uses and the hydration etc of the dough. Thanks again for a great video.
