I do have problem solving skill that let me out of tricky situation while working because the other software developers just push through the unknown and get stuck. But most of the time, my solution is hard for them to understand and often resist. However, one key thing I didn't employ from your method is building MVP. Because I often asset everything and got the right solution in the first place. However, it's not a good practice, and I will try to build more MVP for my team. Thanks.
