In this video I'm using Oracle and Cyborg cuz I don't have the resources to level up allys that would boost my dps. If you're a water dps, I would suggest level up the John Stewart ally. Cause of the combo passive might increase, Since this is a alt toon, I don't have all the other allys lvl up. 1st Passive John Stewart, 2nd passive u could go with Shazam/ Batman who laughs/ Static/ Zatanna. Your choice.
