Badass!! The gym (Lake Washington Crossfit or LWCF) I am part of is a Mayhem Affiliate. A couple Saturdays ago we did a 12hrs HERO WODs. 8am-8pm. Each HERO WOD started on the hour and timecapped at 45:00 each to give that buffer time to adjust and prep for next one. The 12 we did were (in this order) Murph, DT, Dork, Holleyman, Manion, Nate, Chad, Paul, Jerry, Kalsu, Morrison, and Badger. If yall need any ideas for something dangerous yall should do this! 😏
