Have you used pre cooked prawns or raw prawns. I m wondering if 3 minutes is ok for raw prawns.
Lubna, it is raw...... and dear also depending on the size of your shrimp too. if jumbo or too many in a small pan, then usually takes 4 to 6 minutes👍, Tips, overcooked shrimp go tender to rubbery, then you have to cook 30 to 45 minutes to bring it to soft again, just remember, C shape is perfectly cooked shrimp O shape are rubbery, Just follow my recipe step by step it is full of tips, you should not have any problems.😃

Ruby ap ki aur meri recipie may sirf piyaz ka ferq hay hum piyaz nahi daltay and it turns delicious ever. I hope the same happened there 👍🏻. We sometimes cook jheenga with sanjanay ki phalli and keep the curry little watery so that we can eat with khichri.
