I was really young when I got this game. So young that I had no idea how to proceed. I was just replaying missions over and over for 2 years. I remember having a blast! At some point, as my English got better, I found out what I had to do to get to the next stages, and eventually finish the game. Can you imagine what I felt when the character I've been playing for the last 2 years, died? To that point in my life I had only seen happy endings. Never something like this. It felt as though I was being stabbed in the chest. I didn't want to speak to or see anyone for a while. And that music when Ciel is crying. I was so sure that the terminal would light up and zero would return. But he never did. I was devastated. I didn't wanna go out, I didn't want to play any other games, I just sat there, looking at the ceiling and sometimes silently sob. It was such a strong feeling. But fast forward now, I'm 20 years old, and still return to listen to this track and watch the ending. It still hurts like the first time. But it's more of a sweet kind of pain. I'm not sad for Zero anymore - Im proud of him. The scars of the day I finished the game will always remain, constantly reminding me to fight for what I love most. It's a lesson I learned the hard way. Im so lucky that my loss was only a fictional character. Even though I played as him so much that I actually felt like we had formed a bond. That's how strong my connection to zero was. But other people learned this lesson by losing loved ones - real people. All in all, not only an amazing game with an amazing story, but also a very well made ending with HUGE emotional impact. Still hoping for a continuation of the series, even though Megaman ZX features model Z, implying that zero is really gone.
Wow! That's pretty deep! Sadly, I never developed such a connection with Zero, because when I was young I got to know the Cybertown Saga unknowingly (the first Cybertown game I've played was Megaman ZX, and I've never finished it, because i've never understood how to go further...). But, when I eventually found out about the Zero games and got to play and finish them, It still was a big impact... Such an act makes me wonder... Are still there, in this time and age, people willing to die for their beliefs and for what's dear to them?... Yes, I agree with you, this is a fantastic game with a great story and a bittersweet ending that does its job very well! As for Megaman ZX, Biometal Model Z is basically all that remains of Zero, as you said, but that makes me wonder... How did Ciel, who created the Biometals, recover the data of the Reploids the Biometals were based on, if they were destroyed?
I had a similar experience to you. Until playing this series, I've never encountered a character so strong and determined as Zero. After only a few minutes into the game, it was clear to me: Zero is that special kind of character that you only encounter once in your lifetime. The ending and Zero's death had a different effect on me. Instead of feeling depressed, I felt enlightened. I completely understood the reason behind his actions. His actions felt like they were my own. It was the right thing to do and I knew it all to well. There wasn't a hint of hesitation as I dealt the final blow, killing Weil and Zero in the process. It would be a lie to say that this experience has not changed me. I will remember Zero until the day I die, that is the impact he left on me!
Zero was my favorite fictional character since Mega Man X and I got such a connection with him as well. This ending still makes me very emotional these days. I got both really sad and sorry for Ciel (which I really like as well) and really happy for what I did. Looking at the past, when seeing what Zero was supposed to be like in the cutscene in Mega Man X4 and looking at the result screen from the mission with it's rank "Redeemer". When I first got this rank I didn't understand it really well cuz I was a child... But now... When I think about that, it's really beautiful and it's really a lesson to life. It made me proud of how far Zero did gone to be what he is today. Maybe he didn't remember what happened in Mega Man X series... But in this ending, he really was what they call him since the first game of Zero series. A Hero, a Legend. I felt so bad for Ciel that they'll never have their happy ending together and when I was a child I really wanted to be able to make her happy because of her loss even knowing she was "just a video game character". Maybe this is really stupid but, I wanted she to know that she wasn't the only one really sad because of Zero's death, and at the same time, wanted she to know that everything will be okay, even if Zero's not around. He made it for her. Maybe Zero never said directly how he felt towards Ciel and maybe he didn't felt this way. But like he said, He believed in her. I like to think that he loved her too and felt sorry for not being able to be with her. But he did to do this to leave a peaceful and beautiful world for her to live in. And that's what happened (kinda).

It wasn't about whether he was called a maverick or not, fighting for a justice like Weil's, it was this. "I have only ever fought to protect those I believe in. If any enemy appears, I will destroy it!" Saving Ciel, and all the others at the cost of his life. His answer gave him the motivation and purpose to keep fighting and even give his life for someone else. This ending is amazingly beautiful.

I feel like the MMZ series was the story about Dr. Wily's redemption, realizing that Light was right, and now Zero is the last hope to bring the humans and Reploids together.
@@terrellpoole1767 Well yeah but Wily did create Zero. Even bad guys can have some good moments. Like Sigma, for example, before he turned. He managed to stop Zero in their first encounter
Wily was never really evil. All he ever wanted was to created a robot that can surpass Light creation which in the end he kind of did when Zero decided to kill Weil despite Weil being a human.
This game... the whole build up... Zero answering the own questions he possesed throughout the X series, too. This whole scene... the staff trying to remain calm, everyone realizing about Zero's sacrifice, Ciel.... and her last words...
Zero’s third time dying First was being selfless to blow vile’s ride Armor up so that X could have a better chance of defeating him but at the cost of his life only being half a robot Second was after he dealt the last hit at sigma but once again died after being just a torso and a mega buster for an arm, though he somehow hid himself while trying to repair himself And now 100 years later he now dies permanently with the only remains being his helmet and his time had passed
Man, Whenever I attempt to finish Zero 4, I end up gaining tears down my face because of how beautiful this send off was. Zero finally got the end he technically wanted, which was to be with X and iris.
At last: True peace. After all the wars and destruction: True peace. Thomas Light, your dream is true. X, Zero... You really deserved to see the world you saved; the world you created
"No one is looking, cry as long as you want, and I'll just be holding you until then. " Estelle from Legend of Hero's: Trails in the Sky. We will be your shoulders to cry on
That moment i saw the helmet i paused everything and Noticed. Its over. Zero has now passed away. He did what he needed to do. Save humanity, protect Ciel and the resistance. At what cause? Loosing his life. Thats what makes a Hero. Someone who is willing to Risk his life for the right purpose. Zero is not just a hero. He was a legend. The legendary Reploid: ZERO.
zeros love life is sad killed the girl he loved then another loved him then he forgets both only to remember everything within his final days of life and ciel...
I'm Sorry to Say this Folks... But Zero IS gone... Capcom of Japan wanted him to go down in Blaze of Glory and that's what costed him his life. That's what most Japanese Games, Anime, and Manga does to the Underdog of the Series and since we that have Watched, Played, and Read its Media we the consumer of that media should accept that sort of event that happens in it. And I Know what y'all are going through it's grief. Y'all are trying to get over Denial, Anger, Bargaining, Depression, and the Hardest Acceptance.
Capcom of Japan literally left it ambiguous. Thats why they officially said his whereabouts are unknown and in that final picture, you have weird crap like that weird silhouette in sun. How you interpret the ending is up to you.
@@Teknanam nah, he's confirmed dead. They said themselves that the silouhette is just some rubble. Zero is still bought back as model Z though. So i could suggest he became a cyber elf.
I'm sure Zero was aware of the situation but he made the choice of believe in ciel, Unfortunately He passed away as a Legend and ciel knew he wouldn't come back
armed with my gba at 16 I played each as they came out and .. you realise the whole x series was building up towards dr wilys greatest murder machine and virus leading to this. His master piece then ended up fixing those mistakes and ended up preventing extinction of humantiy
This ending man... Ciel dropping to her knees and sobbing tore my heart out. Zero is gone, and the person who loved him never got to express her feelings and thus never will, yet despite that continues onward. And worst of all, Zero never got to keep his promise to Alouette... Also, it's a little thing, but when the credits thank you for playing just adds to it. I love this series so much. I know ZX is a continuation of the story, but I want more with specifically the time period of the Zero games. There's a great fan concept called Rockman Ciel that bridges the gap between Zero and ZX but it seems either discontinued or delayed indefinitely, and it's such a shame.
Sorry Ciel, but it was Zero's time. But man the feels i got from this ending. Now this is where capcom releases Megaman Zero 5.... I know, but I can still dream about it.
This game it's just a mirror of the life, the ending it's still really sad i can't stop to cry when i remember that Zero has died, but for me he is still in ciberspace, or i guess, that game was and is a Masterpiece o the Masterpieces, Zero i won't never forget you, you showed me how to be brave and fight for the yours.
Oh well. Remember original Megaman serie. Endless simple story about Mega Man fighting against Dr. Wily's robots. Now, in the same universe, but after several centuries ago... War, deaths, serious energy problems, and then reunion of humans and reploids. Unbelieveable. Holy fuck, i can't believe that this is still same franchise. It's too different, and from simple jump-n-shoot game it was evolved into greatest masterpiece that i've ever played.
No matter how much time has passed, no matter how much I try and no matter how many times I watch this... It always make me cry. Zero is my favorite video game character of all time and he just dies, fighting for those he believes in, he really is a great character.
*collected the dragon balls* shenron: i shall grant you 3 wishes Me: 1:Get x revived 2:get zero revived 3:make me a powerful reploid With z-sabre and x-buster :3
I think Weil wanted to destroy the earth because it was in his mind a wreck. I feel the same way. If a robotic world of evil humans and machines exists without any nature or "light" would it be better to destroy it and end everyone's suffering? I think the creators of mega man were trying to say something. Dr wily was jealous, sigma was possessed or sick with corruption, and Weil it seems was filled with hate and so much sorrow that it made him think he was the devil. None of these people are truly evil. They are victims of natures destruction. And replacement with machines. And even the good machines such as x and zero are victims of their own human creators. Nature cannot be replaced with machines if it is murdered. Once this happened there will be no point in existence.
Weil was already a psycho before thw banishment. The fear and pain of the Maverick wars was only the catalyst to unleash what... It... already had (i dont consider Weil a human anymore) Weil shamelessly enjoyed the tragedy that the Elfs wars was. You cant compare Wily with Weil. Wily could hardly stomach the atrocities that Weil enjoyed doing
So... ZX. Zero didnt come back so Ciel had to drag him back as a Biometal. Talk about dedicated determination Edit: yeah... Kinda bummed he died. Actually expecting him to live. I mean... Hes been through worse-ish so when I saw the helmet... Damn.
when i played this game i didnt let myself believe he died and i was around 7 at the time, we didnt have a phone that could take a picture of the last picture at the end of the game to see if i could spot Zero, so i replayed the game from start to see the picture again and i thought i spotted his helmet, i made myself believe he was alive :'(
I've seen so much shit in this world, very few things can make me feel something, but when I first finished this game, I was really happy and sad at the same time, I was flooded with emotions !
also the first time i finished the game i never belived he died, it was like he survived eurasia, sigma, everything. But then the last cutscene with the broken helmet. Damn.
When i finished all of the zero series games...i was satisfied but at the same time sad for ciel... and that credit song made me cry a little bit first time...even gba... :-: Zero died a lot on the x series...but his death here... made me sad...
Al igual que el Megaman; es triste porque pensé, desde que dijeron que era 'copia', que iba a sobrevivir en la 4 (Cómo siempre asesinan a los canon). :'v
Dude. This video just fucked me up so bad. I had this game as a kid and it even then it hurt my heart. Rewatching this 10+ years later as an adult fucks with me more than ever.
I think the biggest stab in the heart is the fact that it ends with Ciel saying hopeful thoughts of seeing Zero again...the next frame is showing his remains. Its like the "Curb your enthusiasm" meme to a disturbing level that isnt even funny.
this ending really got to me. the last tree on the earth is just standing there alone... with Ciel as she weeps for her dead friend. no doubt the tree is crying too for its dead family. something about weil, despite being an evil psychopath, seemed to be crying out in agony. i think he was a child sometime before x and zero were created. he watched nature die. he watched reploids and humans kill every plant and animal. he hated humans for what they did and also robots. thats why he he did such horrible things. as punishment he was trapped forever by the technology he so hated in a world he so wanted to leave... thats what drove him to be so evil. i think zero understood as he tried to reason with weil but weil was already dead inside so he did not listen. his final form was meant to look like a plant... specifically a skunk cabbages root system. look up the root system of the eastern skunk cabbage... you'll see my point. weil even said he was cursed to live an eternity without nature or "light"... i think weil just wanted to die so badly and he wanted to destroy the thing that had caused him such unimaginable agony... the ruined and skeletal earth. looking down at it in the final battle its not blue its brown and dead. weil just wanted to destroy the object of his pain. if you were in his shoes wouldn't you? he did not seem to be coherently evil. just mad with hatred and anguish. but his last form was a robotic plant and that was the final hint of his true reason for being so evil... i feel sorry for zero and ciel and if i'm right, i also feel sorry for dr weil. he actually had it much worse than the others. let all three of the rest in peace.
I actually see weil and Zero sitting and talking as ragnarok is burning up. Weil: U know... I didnt hate u, I just wanted to lead the people my way... I'm sorry for all the damage i caused, not only to u, but the people as well.... 100 years of being alone effects you in more ways than just looks. Zero: You did so many things wrong, but I wouldve been the same way had I not been saved. Shown the light by a kind girl and her compassion for others... I think if you had the same thing... we wouldnt be here right now. But as I've learned, theres no use in mulling over the past. Only looking towards the future.... And I believe in Ciel... I know she'll make a good one. Weil: The funny thing is.... I do too...(burns away) Cyber elf X: Zero.... it's time to go buddy Zero(burning away): Heh, I guess it is... Ciel... thank you... for everything.
@@chriss.249 that was actually quite beautiful. Weil did horrible things but i think he had his reasons for sure. so did wily and sigma. its funny how all three were villains but at the same time victims.
@@zacharykenniston748 True Although I'd say wily was less a victim than the other 2 With wily, it was only his JEALOUSY towards light that caused him to do what he did. I could see if Light was a glory hog but he wasnt, and he actually wanted to SQUASH the beef with wily. I'd say rejecting lights apology(when light actually did NOTHING wrong) made it to where wily had NO excuse for his actions afterwards. However, I agree that sigma was most DEFINITELY a victim in disguise. The Virus warped him into not only viewing the people he protected as weak, frail, and creatures to be subjugated, but it made him vicious and vengeful. And if what u say for Weil is true, then I'm glad I put in that "100 years does more to u than just looks" part. Because let's be honest, idk how old u are but the older u get, with no actual love or good influences u have, it changes u and makes u more jaded. 100 years of having nun but hate in your heart can drive anyone mad, and I agree with u on weil being a semi victim👍🏾💯
@@chriss.249 i'm not sure if his final form was supposed to be a plant but it does bear an uncanny resemblance. but i do think weil resented humans and reploids for ruining the planet.
Ciel: just come back some day i believe in you *cut to zeros shattered helmet* sorry ciel he is not coming back this time but it with this act dr willy ultimate creation fulfilled dr lights greatest dream
That's even more sadder to think about. Nothing is more sadder than believing the impossible only to realize that it's never going to come true. Ciel believing that Zero will come back, but only to never see him again makes me sad. Oh and if your wondering about Model Z, I'm not counting that.
Or even a freakin' Cyber Elf Zero with X if Rockman Ciel (Project RCL) or Mega Man ZX Genesis fangames comes to mind. I think ZX era is basically Ciel's extended legacies of X & Zero in a sense where she and Alouette took over their places till a certain amount of time if backstories took to a 200 times a level of badass...plus as near the end of ZX Advent, Zero as Model Z said it ain't time for him yet. Means Ciel is still waiting for him.
@@neppingofneps7406 Just because you not "counting that" does not change the fact that Zero does come back officially as Model Z, his body died here but his "soul" or "cyber elf" was reborn in Model Z the same as al the other biometals.
NewToCool74 I’m talking about Zero coming back physically after MMZ4. The reason why I’m “not counting it” is because it was after the MMZ and Ciel is already dead. I know she made the Bio Metals, but I’m talking about after the ending of MMZ4 like coming back alive after he destroys Ragnorok.
I can feel Zero's potential inside of my heart. And yet, there's nothing I can do. Once again, ALL I COULD DO IS WATCH HUMANS AND REPLOIDS DIE!!!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
Wut r ya talking about Zero just said his old body was spreading Maverick Virus all along as he's the carrier. Ordered to have a new body ready for him after having both soul & body separated from him so both can be studied by scientists & researchers (Same with X's).
This game was a part of my life, and the end hurt me ... Zero was always my favorite reploid, just one thing. No other remastered story compares to the original and I'm sure, this franchise was unique. I'm still waiting for Megaman Zero 5 although I know that Zero is already dead, I'm hopeful that someday he'll say his production that he survived in ragnarok
That's the last tree on the planet... And it is weeping with ceil... That alone makes me want to cry... Because in real life there are no super heroes... Just people who suffer and can't change anything... Was Weil really evil or did he just lose it because he witnessed nature die? If there were a world of war and only criminals and machines... Wouldn't it be best to destroy it? Regardless nature is already dead... And soon this ruined planet will end up like the world in this game... If I were a hero... I would give my cursed life to restore this tortured planet... But I am only a mere weak human... I wish reality weren't so cruel. If I was zero I would have killed Weil for an act of mercy on the poor insane maniac.

It is, he fulfilled his dream that robots can indeed become heroes. (Ref. Mega Man 10)
This game... the whole build up...
Zero answering the own questions he possesed throughout the X series, too.
This whole scene... the staff trying to remain calm, everyone realizing about Zero's sacrifice, Ciel.... and her last words...
Zero’s third time dying
First was being selfless to blow vile’s ride Armor up so that X could have a better chance of defeating him but at the cost of his life only being half a robot
Second was after he dealt the last hit at sigma but once again died after being just a torso and a mega buster for an arm, though he somehow hid himself while trying to repair himself
And now 100 years later he now dies permanently with the only remains being his helmet and his time had passed
It's wild to me that all of Zeros deaths are sacrifices.
"I have to lose, so they can win. And in making them happy, I myself find peace"
Really makes you wonder if they ever found his helmet.
Well, Ciel needed some parts to create Model Z... although is weird that Giro does not have a helmet but Aile or Vent do have one.
@@ventaile755 i believe it changes its form depending on the user, but also do remember it was merged with model x when vent/aile got the biometal.
If they did it would tear Ciel UP inside
Man, Whenever I attempt to finish Zero 4, I end up gaining tears down my face because of how beautiful this send off was. Zero finally got the end he technically wanted, which was to be with X and iris.
At last: True peace. After all the wars and destruction: True peace.
Thomas Light, your dream is true.
X, Zero... You really deserved to see the world you saved; the world you created
One of my childhood favorites died...
I'm 12, but I knew him since I was 5...
... Why am I crying so hard?
no problem, you can cry what you want
"No one is looking, cry as long as you want, and I'll just be holding you until then. "
Estelle from Legend of Hero's: Trails in the Sky.
We will be your shoulders to cry on
Man, the feeling, hbd to me, 23 years and this scene makes me cry like a little Girl
this was the moment in all games I played that emotionally affected me the most. I almost cried, and I knew it'd be right to cry.
Hasta día de hoy sigo llorando con el final de esta saga :'3 es... precioso y triste...
Even in an alternate universe (or whatever universe omega zero is in) Zero can't stop dying.
I teared up the first time I saw this as a kid. And I still do to this age ;( Long live Zero!
The legendary Reploid:
ZERO.
Plot Twist...
He is repairing himself in another capsule.
No that bullshit again
He hid himself while he repaired himself.
Such underrated game, in my head-canon, this is where Capcom ends up and throws ZX and Advent out of the corner. Wish this had an anime adaptation.
I believe in you
I love* you
THAT'S WHAT I *ALSO* THOUGHT!
We all know she had feelings for Zero
***** zero is reploid, ciel is human. iris was reploid, so zero had feelings for iris
+Yu Ri Zero does not remember Iris, and in the game is an old reploid that in the past was married with a human lady, but she died...
zeros love life is sad killed the girl he loved then another loved him then he forgets both only to remember everything within his final days of life
and ciel...
When did they suggest that the silhouette is just some rubble? Like I said, last I checked, official material listed Zero's fate as unknown.
HE'S FUCKING DEAD. He gave his all so humans and reploids can live together in peace. The least you could do is accept it...
I don't want a continuation of this. Some things just needed to end.
In the end, Dr Wily won, but not the way he expected. Also, he fulfilled his original dream, even if his own creation thinks nothing of it.
Me dirías cuáles eran?
@@jhonatanmedina3941Creo que era crear un héroe al hacer un robot con gran poder y velocidad.
I'm sure Zero was aware of the situation but he made the choice of believe in ciel, Unfortunately He passed away as a Legend and ciel knew he wouldn't come back
Who else came back to this after playing the Zero Legacy Collection. And for first timers I'm sure they'll love it!
megaman zero has the most darkest story in all the megaman :(
armed with my gba at 16 I played each as they came out and .. you realise the whole x series was building up towards dr wilys greatest murder machine and virus leading to this. His master piece then ended up fixing those mistakes and ended up preventing extinction of humantiy

そして、すべてがゼロになる。
And everything goes to zero.
Well, Rockman Ciel is still there.. it's now renamed as "Project RCL".
I believe zero is still out there some where

WE HONOUR YOU HEROES!! X ZERO BOTH OF U WILL ALWAYS BE HERE INSIDE THIS DARK SAD EMPTY HEART OF MINE
It is so nostalgia
Thanks for giving me wonderful childhood and memory, zero
Once this happened there will be no point in existence.
i think wily was jealous, i said weil... not wily... they are seperate men correct?
Zachary Kenniston I guess Weil is an enhanced version of Wily, but that's just my opinion tho.
Weil was already a psycho before thw banishment. The fear and pain of the Maverick wars was only the catalyst to unleash what... It... already had (i dont consider Weil a human anymore)
Weil shamelessly enjoyed the tragedy that the Elfs wars was.
You cant compare Wily with Weil. Wily could hardly stomach the atrocities that Weil enjoyed doing
What a amazing ending people now can play again on Swicht and etc...
I remember finishing this game for the first time, I was depressed for a few days. Good old time...

This ending have reached my heart :( wonderful series from capcom
Zero: Dont worry ciel, i will come back as a biometal.
Sigma : Suprise all biometal
I'm actually crying.
don't cry my boy.
but why am i crying too!!?
I didn't even like zero as a character but when I saw his remains and ceil saying "I believe in you" I will admit I felt kinda sad.
So... ZX. Zero didnt come back so Ciel had to drag him back as a Biometal. Talk about dedicated determination
Edit: yeah... Kinda bummed he died. Actually expecting him to live. I mean... Hes been through worse-ish so when I saw the helmet... Damn.
He re-entered earth, I think that's the worst his body ever had to endure.
when i played this game i didnt let myself believe he died and i was around 7 at the time, we didnt have a phone that could take a picture of the last picture at the end of the game to see if i could spot Zero, so i replayed the game from start to see the picture again and i thought i spotted his helmet, i made myself believe he was alive :'(
FAREWELL ZERO, THE LEGENDARY SCARLETT REPLOID HERO.
I've seen so much shit in this world, very few things can make me feel something, but when I first finished this game, I was really happy and sad at the same time, I was flooded with emotions !
Yo llore con ese final...... ZEROOO!!!!! 💔💔💔
also the first time i finished the game i never belived he died, it was like he survived eurasia, sigma, everything. But then the last cutscene with the broken helmet. Damn.
Rust in Peace.Zero...
you have fulfilled half of X's wish...
we will never forget you...

When i finished all of the zero series games...i was satisfied but at the same time sad for ciel... and that credit song made me cry a little bit first time...even gba... :-:
Zero died a lot on the x series...but his death here... made me sad...
I didn't cry but the ending made me really sad...
There’s no hiding himself while he try’s to repair himself in this series
i also want this happen too!
Zero lived but he took off his helmet see you guys in mm zero 5
He hid himself while he repairs himself, and turned into a Rock a hundred years later.
I just remembered I played this when I was young and beat it and never realized zero died
Lmao same😂
Still crying like fuck..
Who wouldn't?!

This is will always be sad 0:21-1:08-1:25-5:05
You know, they missed out putting Iris image when Zero is leaving the world waiting for him. :p
I would like to think that the Mother Elf saved Zero but a man can dream.
This song make my cry
4:56 Watashi, anata ga modoru made, watashi... Itsu made mo koko de matterukara.
this ending really got to me. the last tree on the earth is just standing there alone... with Ciel as she weeps for her dead friend. no doubt the tree is crying too for its dead family. something about weil, despite being an evil psychopath, seemed to be crying out in agony. i think he was a child sometime before x and zero were created. he watched nature die. he watched reploids and humans kill every plant and animal. he hated humans for what they did and also robots. thats why he he did such horrible things. as punishment he was trapped forever by the technology he so hated in a world he so wanted to leave... thats what drove him to be so evil. i think zero understood as he tried to reason with weil but weil was already dead inside so he did not listen. his final form was meant to look like a plant... specifically a skunk cabbages root system. look up the root system of the eastern skunk cabbage... you'll see my point. weil even said he was cursed to live an eternity without nature or "light"... i think weil just wanted to die so badly and he wanted to destroy the thing that had caused him such unimaginable agony... the ruined and skeletal earth. looking down at it in the final battle its not blue its brown and dead. weil just wanted to destroy the object of his pain. if you were in his shoes wouldn't you? he did not seem to be coherently evil. just mad with hatred and anguish. but his last form was a robotic plant and that was the final hint of his true reason for being so evil... i feel sorry for zero and ciel and if i'm right, i also feel sorry for dr weil. he actually had it much worse than the others. let all three of the rest in peace.
I do too...(burns away)
Cyber elf X: Zero.... it's time to go buddy
Zero(burning away): Heh, I guess it is... Ciel... thank you... for everything.
@@chriss.249 that was actually quite beautiful. Weil did horrible things but i think he had his reasons for sure. so did wily and sigma. its funny how all three were villains but at the same time victims.
@@zacharykenniston748
True
Although I'd say wily was less a victim than the other 2
With wily, it was only his JEALOUSY towards light that caused him to do what he did.
@@chriss.249 true. i suppose wily was more evil than weil. wily infected sigma in the first place.
@@chriss.249 i'm not sure if his final form was supposed to be a plant but it does bear an uncanny resemblance. but i do think weil resented humans and reploids for ruining the planet.
Capcom pls remake this series. I want my children and grandchildren to experience this masterpiece.
thanks to like my remastered video.
i also want capcom remake this series too!
R.I.P ZERO 😔
Ciel: just come back some day i believe in you
*cut to zeros shattered helmet* sorry ciel he is not coming back this time
but it with this act dr willy ultimate creation fulfilled dr lights greatest dream
@@neppingofneps7406 We don't know if Ciel is dead its only said that she dissapeared and here whereabouts is unknown by ZX.

The ending of this game made me feel so sad

RIP ZERO (2002 - 2012)
hw can only live for 10 years :(
WHY X WHY!!??! WHY ZERO THIS COULDN'T JUST END LIKE THIS!!! WHYYYYY
