I learned to use special right triangles to find the missing sides and we should use 30 60 90 or 45 45 90. I learned that when someone is solving a triangle, they are actually finding the sides and they are based on pythagorean theorem or trigonometry. The right triangle tools is pythagorean theorem, trigonometry that means sine cosine and tangent, it is also the special right triangles that are 30 60 90 and 45 45 90. To solve a problem of finding sides, we must determine what type of triangle we are going to use and we must label the sides depending on the triangle, then we must solve the operations. I learned that rationalizing means we're trying to get rid of the square root at the bottom, I also learned that anything divided by itself except zero will always equal one.
