Pile 1 ✨ I literally cried.... I've been waiting for this to manifest for years, getting hurt and disappointed everytime I believed and trusted in God...

Wow your description of pile 3 is my.life, today I left a job I worked so hard for over 5 years because the stress was too much in the end, but I was given wonderful presents and good wishes which blew me away. As soon as I put my resignation forward I got a call from another manager who asked me to join her team as she needed someone like me to help her. She gave me everything I asked for so I had a better work life balance. And the weird thing is I work in children's mental health, I have done so for nearly 15 years so my experience is enormous. Pile 3. I have just started my new job as team leader after years and years of no chance to progress. It's been a long time coming and I've definitely put the work in.
