Zuks offroad has a pretty slick twin stick for the sami tcase, you could fab your own forsure. Just an idea to look at, it gives you a true natural in the tcase an stops the stick from famously getting stuck, if shifted to quick. "Just a thought. Looking awesome, I'm here debating if I can fit in there and use as a moon buggy 😂
We have all different size chassis on our website, It really depends on what your are wanting to build! you can visit fabn801.com or email fabn801@gmail.com for more information. I would recommend the Draco Chassis :)
I'm sure I'm going to win the chassis give away and I'll have to get one of the juniors shipped too. Got the full Sammy drive train with spares sitting waiting. He's 4 and can help me build it now
For all those cleaning steel before welding. Please don't use brake cleaner. Welding after using brake cleaner can be fatal if done a lot. Great build though. Love the work. Stay safe.
Running the 3rds "upside down" you'll starve the pinion gears of gear oil.. oil wont be slung up and splash the pinion bearings and they'll run dry.. good bye Samurai 3rds...
That is very possible and a very good idea, but we wanted to keep the housings the same way allowing the drain plug to stay in its own spot and the field plug where it is so we tried this and it worked out great
Wow if this existed when I was 13… holy smokes!
Imagine learning to rock crawl in this as a young teen!
So impressive, great job guys.
No doubt . Would be off the hook
For real I didn't even have power wheels it's probably a good thing with gen x ers we had balls lol and pushed everything to it's limits
Would be rad to see some full size builds as well love the junior chassis might have to get one for my boys
There coming soon !!
If I could get a job in this fab shop I’d move out there!

I’m moving to Santa Clara next summer, would be sick to check out the shop and the builds.
Shop is open during week day hours, come say hey!!
What motor are you using? Awsome build
I stand 3'10 so the baby Liz would be great. Been thinking about something like that. Good info.
Right on! We’ve got all different size chassis on the website! Fabn801.com
I love that - need one for a 5’10” heavy feller. Looks wayyyy fun to be in a little mini crawler
We’ve got all sizes of chassis available on the website! Fabn801.com 😎
Cool rig!
🙏🏻🙏🏻
Loved the video and happy it's not a miniature tow truck. Haha
Yes no kidding
crosskart chassis .... those would sell like crazy !
Awesome little ride
I welded the diff in my ford f@#kin ranger 17 years ago still runnin strong
Nice!!!!!
I’ve welded every diff I’ve wheeled. LS & welded tons now
Yes I have welded diffs before and works great just not as small of diffs lol this thing is going to be sweet
Cool AF!
Thanks!!!!! 😎🙌🏻
Are you worried about oil starvation on the diff that is flipped?
When flipping the axels to be high pinion, what did you do to insure oil to pinion gear and bearing?
We made sure to overflow the discs with oil.
My boy would love it
What size would be a good fit for a couple thats short? Were 5'1 and 4'10, respectively...

This is so cool I need to get my daughter into this soon she is only 2 tho haha. But man it’s a dream to work in a fab shop like this one day
Start em’ young! 😂🙌🏻
40 spline axels?
So rad man 👊👊 killin it
Thanks bud
Ive got no clue so im just asking to learn but couldnt you put 3rd member from the front in the rear and vice versa
Yes but you’d have to flip the diff
Price?
When will it be available?
We are dropping our new website next month and it will be available on the new site!

Dang that would be awesome man .
What's stopping you from just cutting the diff cover or bulge and re welding so it clears correctly
That would a good way to do . But this worked perfect .
This works fine & probably easier. If it works go with it .

Great build though. Love the work.

So cool!
I want one 😮
Don't replace aisin hubs with warn, it's a step backwards. No hate on warn
So cool
Thanks man
Killer ,everything killer
Thanks man
Don't change the hubs. The factory hubs are better than any aftermarket ones and you can get chrome moly inner and outer gears for them
You don't forget about it rather be welding cars and cameras grind hard plumbing
Think a lil kid holds that title
Welp, kids say they each want their own
They gonna have to share I told em 😂
Would be so cool with a bench seat . 🤔
You guys hiring? I have lots of portal experience.
If I had money, tell you what I'd do. Buy the Junior and tell the ol lady it was for the kids.

Just over fill them ! That’s what we did been fine
Yup what fabn said. Just fill the heck out of it. It’s not like they’re spinning fast.
Why not just flip the axle over??
That is very possible and a very good idea, but we wanted to keep the housings the same way allowing the drain plug to stay in its own spot and the field plug where it is so we tried this and it worked out great
