    When the cherry picker doesn’t work you want to break the bead off in 1 spot of the rim. Put that square stock right next to the edge of the bead and drive up it with a truck or buggy. Once the bead starts to go in that 1 spot it will go over the entire tire.

    I always use a burke bar I flip it upside down shove the fork side in the bead then I drive up the bar and it pops the bead every time helps if you weld a plate to the handle of it I just welded a flex plate to my burke bar

    Hook a trailer up to a truck and use the jack to push the bead down to break it. Had to do the same thing with another set and it worked surprisingly well.

    @student1979oct 9 днів тому

    It is VERY obvious that you've never worked in a tire shop before. This is almost painful to watch. Search "tire hammer" and then buy one. Use that to break the bead and the wheel will come off easily. Or, use a hi lift jack under the bumper of whatever truck is handy, put the base of the jack on the tire as close to the wheel as you can and push the bead off.

    Put a board on the edge of the bead and drive a truck up on it, you might have to reset it a couple of times. This is the farmer way of the old days..

    You put the forks from your forklift on the top legs to hold the tire down and safety when it pops

  • @raymondkidwell2338
    @raymondkidwell2338 9 днів тому

    You guys could've used the floor jack sitting there and already had both of those tires broke down off the bead or you could put a piece of square tubing under the cherry picker legs in just in front of the rim and secure it in place so you're not pulling the tire up with the rim. Or you could just make a slide hammer with a 4 foot piece of bar stock a pipe to slide it into and a 4X8 piece of 3/8 steel plate. And you could also just go and buy a cheap manual tire changer at Harbor Freight and bolt it to the floor or a pallet

    1 foot backhoe bucket. Use the teeth push down with back hoe. Or stand tire up against a wall or conex and use forklift forks

  • @BraydenNigh

    If you wanna quick way to de bead it we just slide the tire up under our jeep bumper and use a high lift jack to break the bead it's super easy

  • @JW-cn6op
    @JW-cn6op 9 днів тому

    Ive done it several times, just takes a few adjustments of the "ramp" so its almost touching the wheel so it pushed the bead down and doesn't just mash the sidewall like what was happening with your method.lol

  • @Thatdcintegra
    @Thatdcintegra 9 днів тому

    Lay a 2x4 box tube on it close to the wheel and drive the front tire of a diesel truck up the box tube to pop it off the bead
