    + Michelle Vongphachanh I'm sure it could be milk chocolate. To everyone else. She's a pro. It takes her 30 minutes. Don't get down on yourselves if it takes you longer-- or if it doesn't look like the ones in the video--> they are your own creation. You are your own chef. If it tastes good, that's all that matter's. if not you learned from it and try again. :)

    can we melt the dark chocolate and cream on the stove instead of the microwave

    • @ChimPlays
      @ChimPlays 8 років тому +1

      Yes. But you need a bowl and a deel pan. Fill the pan with water. Place the bowl over the pan, but make shore that the bowl does not touch the water (the chocolate can burn if it does). Then just melt the chocolate in the bowl

    Not practical to eat. It's very pretty and stylish, though the chocolate bowl will melt and the mouse will go everywhere by the time you finish. People like to savor their desserts and chat after having a lovely dinner. All I can picture is a messy table situation.

    • @nothingreal7137

      Tempered chocolate would stay hard and snappy rather than melt. And you typically don’t need to temper the chocolate if the one youve bought is vegetable oil based only...

    • @spartanroger5374
      @spartanroger5374 8 років тому +2

      +Anja Jensen You can try using balloons. All you have to do blow up the balloon and dip the side without the tied part in it. Then let it sit on a tray for awhile then pop the balloons and take them out and you have small little edible bowls. :) I haven't tried i just say a video of how to make it and it looked fun.

    • @b1nkbonk
      @b1nkbonk 7 років тому

      Eileen Yeo whipped cream can be made with double cream, thickened cream and heavy cream which are all usually used in cooking. Sour cream is used in eating, usually added to things like chips, nachos etc.
      You can also buy the squeeze bottles of whipped cream but I prefer to use fresh.
      Hope this helped

    INSTANT-CHEESECAKE= So if you mix one cup nuttela and one cup unflavored cream cheese it will make cheese cake. you can make more if you need more you can just add more or less then just pop it into any kind of graham or oreo crust and put in the freezer or eat it like that, the more you mix it the prettier it looks, it is great for guests because it literally takes 10 minutes including freeze time
    ps: or you could just eat it without crust it sooooo good.

    I made a chocolate mousse like this this might just be me, my mum doesn't agree but I think it's easier and quicker just using store bought whipped cream. But using half milk and half dark chocolate really tastes amazing. Not too sweet but sweet enough for mousse

    You can get the spheres in different sizes from craft shops. They are available around Christmas time for home made baubles. A very light smear of oil or spray helps get the chocolate from the moulds. If you use too much the chocolate won't hold, use not enough and you can't get the chocolate out. I also don't temper my chocolate as I use packets of Melts. They seem to work the best. Hope this helps.
