I’m glad you got to visit this one before it vanished, even though it’s in horrible shape, it has some pretty interesting history behind it, and deserves to stay with us for a little longer.

Saw some recent pictures, and i've doubt that it's going to be removed for a few years unless if there's official updates.
Maybe it changed I saw on a website it was scheduled for June 20th
Fun fact not sure if you noticed during concept notification beach bear and rolfe’s were swapped for Chuck and Jasper but they actually kept the original eyes in the same bot at this location causing Jasper to have blue eyes and Chuck to have brown eyes so they basically haven’t been touched since ‘82
FUN FACT: Do yall know back in 2004 they where originally going to put in a studio c beta but the plan failed so they keep there 3 stage

That makes me so thankful that the Milwaukee Chase location tech. Gets a lot of support to maintain the animatronics . Got a massive upgrade and fixing now and they look great! Jasper even got his cowboy hat back. Thankful for my location , awesome video as always!
I always loved how the animatronics moved and the sounds they make. It's just so satisfying to hear the compressor tics 😂.
Love the vintage sign outside the store. Wish they kept more of these stages than the cheap dance floor now.
Absolutely I love nostalgia and newer is definitely not always better that dance floor idea took away from the original pizza time theatre concept an atmosphere entirely
Fun fact: this store was never a ShowBiz prior to being CEC. This store actually opened in April 1992 as a Chuck E. Cheese with a 3-Stage that was bought from a store that closed

@@SetsStreetsEats yes this store opened in 1992…it was never a Showbiz. The store started as a franchise and the owner had multiple locations with 3 stages and wanted all his stores to have the same show, which is why this locations stage is on a weird angle.

@@Cheezbat some of that is true but the store was gonna have a 1 stage so one of the owners ga stores moved the bots to this location and the ga store got the 1 stage but was replaced with a studio c alpha and is now a 2.0

The Chuck e cheese in Tallahassee Florida Did Change Chuck's/Rolfe's and Jasper's/Beach Bear's eyes

Ugh, I wish I could have gone to this location. I’m absolutely in love with the whole dark, enclosed showroom. It literally makes you feel like you’re seeing a show. Also I was surprised at the amount of movement Munch had.
Even though this stage is not in great condition, this is still one of my favorite 3 stages
I just always loved Jasper with Beach Bears 80s styled guitar. That's literally a perfect mixed and I always thought it add alot of rock edge to Jaspers character 👍😎.
For that alone is one of the reasons why I really want this location to be saved. Jasper's beach bear guitar is goat 👍😎

THE EXACT LOCATION
This was My Chuck E. Cheese as a kid. Back in the day the left side of the building facing the show room was a huge sky tube playground. And the other half was the games. And the old animatronics used to have the latex mold masks. Fun times here. As a kid the manager let me turn them on. He showed me the control room and everything. Great memories there.

I can’t believe you visited there! You’re the one who got me into this Chuck E and Showbiz lore LOL! I was just there three weeks ago. I’m so excited you got to see it and see the old showroom. And you saw them perform too which is sick since last time I went they weren’t playing! Im gonna have to go out one more time before they remodel.
I don’t know if you noticed or not but Jasper’s eyes are still blue, meaning that they didn’t switch the eyes during concept unification which is super cool considering he still has Beach Bears Guitar!

Believe it or not, this store was never a Showbiz. This store as well as Fullerton CA opened as Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza in 1992 with 3-stages

I know Chuck E. Cheese doesn’t supply support for the animatronics anymore but the tech really let these get bad! there are just as old locations if not older with far more superior conditions. At least there was
If I didn't live so far away from there I would go in and work on them because I used to work on animatronics when I stayed for a summer down in Maggie valley North Carolina and worked on the country critter jamboree at ghost town in the sky loved doing that
The good thing about this stage is it is getting restored, the tech is making it more mechanically better, & I think there gonna clean the cosmetics
This was never a Showbiz. The Showbiz that they got these animatronics from closed and they basically relocated. It’s kinda similar to Richmond Virginia.

the shocking thing about tallahassee is how well they move compared to how awful they look. probably because they can't order costume pieces anymore
As someone who lives in the city, I didn’t know we were the last of the last! Wild to know a little treasure is right in my backyard.
Do you know when this one is renovating, I might take the time to make the 3 hour drive and pull them out of the dumpster
I'm glad you got to see this and thank you for giving us a really nice detailed look of everything there that was awesome I went to a Chuck-E-Cheese in my state back in the early to mid 80s

Absolutely love seeing stores have the showroom walls. This store was so beautiful to the point it even had the old Bowler Chuck E. logo. Truly amazing and upsetting it's no longer the same. Sucks to be watching these videos so late after their release but rather see them documented rather than not at all!

I know what you mean about that Munch being energetic despite how worn out he is. Most of the other stores' Munches are old and tired, however this one is still embracing his inner Fatz!
Fun fact! This location opened in the early 90s and actually got marietta, GAs 3 stage show!
That’s not possible as Marietta’s show was removed in 1999/2000. Tallahassee’s show is from a closed location in Alabama
@Showbiz Midwest are you sure 🤔 bc my parents know the people who installed the show and said they went to marietta and picked them up and brought them here. They showed pics of it happening too.
I just watched a video that was at this location, people were talking like this store was getting remodeled. The Video was posted 17 HOURS AGO. Hopefully they miss the 1988 Chuck E. Cheese's Logo On the Plaza Sign thing that was at the beginning of this video. It's the last location to have this logo. Although Altoona PA has a "Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza" Overhang. But it doesn't have the logo still.

Ah yes, my second local. Always liked this one more than my local, probably because my local is a small mall store with a Beta, and this one was huge! I'm from southern Georgia, so for CEC, there really isn't much options down here.

this was NOT a former showbiz, they got their stage back when they opened, its confirmed there was another chuck e cheese that also opened with a 3 stage but had it removed early.
I love the old showbiz 3 stage. I always loved the opening and closing of the curtains. Wonder why cec never used them.
They did until 2005, when they were disabled for every MMBB stage (1-Stage, 2-Stage, 3-Stage, Road Stage). They disabled them because of maintenance costs, as curtain motors / tracks, and the actual curtain cloth itself was / is expensive.

Tallahassee was not originally a Showbiz. It opened as a CEC with a 3 stage
Makes me wonder if someone that takes a look at em could get the animatronics back up and running
I would say yeah if someone looked at them they could get them easily back in shape of a few new cylinders check the boards and make sure all the connections are good replace some hoses if they need it tighten up some and a little bit of sewing on the cosmetics and it'd be good to go again 🙂
It breaks my heart that all of them is starting to vanish and I grew up watching them, but I get it!!!

I dont know if i can set foot into a Chuck E Cheese again. Knowing RAE for the past couple of years and understanding where they originally came from. I feel Depressed almost. I was not born before or into the 80s, I was born in the 90s and been to Chuck E cheese in the early 2000s and present (kids in my families bdays). I can honestly say this location looks cool but it is kind of emotional to know that the stage MMB is on, is the same stage RAE once preformed.
As a huge fan of the Rock afire Explosion fan myself, I know exactly how you feel. I'd love to go to Showbiz Pizza and watch the Rock afire Explosion in person. I'm born in the mid-90's.

Is there a way to preserve at least a few of these 3 stage stores for nostalgia sake? You think Aaron Fector would be interested at all with preservation at least of the last little bit of remains of what he created....
I hope that not only do these 3 Stage animatronics get to be fixed, but to also stay at this location a bit longer. Tallahassee would be a sadder place without these bots!

I thought this store opened as a cec with a 3 stage in the early 90’s like from what I’ve heard it was originally suppose to get a cyber stage but I think the franchise owner wanted the 3 stage
I got the information from showbiz wiki, there's been several mistakes on there before. If anybody has any better source material for the history and would send me some links I would like that very much!

a couple of minutes ago, I dreamt that the 3 stage number decreased to 3 and I wondered if it was Tallahassee or Pineville. and then I was in the car and when I got out, I was at chuck e cheese that looked like Pineville from the outside but it didnt have a round top and I didn't even ask if I can go there, and It wasn't 2.0 and I thought inside was a studio c beta but I didn't see it from the outside so I thought it was in the right, and I got worried if Pineville got remodeled or not, then I woke up. Can anyone check how many 3 stages are left because I don't know if it actually decreased to 3 please? I don't think it did. Ok theres still 4 left
