Oh my! How wonderful to see a mom holding her child style. Window style? I don't know this name. Forgive me. I just love your creativity. Thank you for sharing with us. Good day.
Love the idea. I tried adapting the concept since I had only one set of cards to work with. The results would have been better if I hadn't made a bad cut with my exacto--the grit I used bumped my knife. But I adapted again. It's not my favorite, but passable.
I think this is genius ive never seen this yet did you come up with thus yourself?? Sheerr brilliance. Thank tou so much frim a newbie in canada ps i love your style in which you explain the techniques. I am so grateful for how clear and direct you are. A true tutorial and its perfect. Thanks!!!!
Wow, thank you so much for your wonderful comments. I came up with it myself yes :-) well a specimen card is a known thing, but I thought to give it a go with the playing card as part of my full deck challenge. Thank you so much 😊
Brilliant!! Love the mini card within the card..so so Cool!!👌😊💗 I am really enjoying your chanell too..very inspiring and creative..Ive been a little hesitant in not being sure in using my ink sprays, and you have helped so much in this area.. Thank you..much love and hugs xx👌😊💗💗💗💐
Thank you so much I really really love ❤️ that, so very very clever too. Please stay safe and well too. I’ve subscribed and given you a thumbs up 👍 too.
Thank you, keep the deco girl image on the back side of the card, so the card becomes 2 sided when you decorate the suit side. Hope this helps, Shana 😊
Hi Liz, thank you, for this one I used: Mod Podge, white tissue paper, Tim Holtz Grit Paste, Tim Holtz Distress Ink VINTAGE PHOTO, Tim Holtz Oxide Ink TEA DYE and BRUSHED CORDUROY. Hope that helps :-) 🦋
Thank U so much for so many tutorial! I did altered cards using napkins and at the end they were very curved because of glue I think, I see yours are curved at some point but not at the end, do you ironing ornput them under weight or must be because of glue ai used?
Perhaps it is he glue, mine to curve a bit, but I don't press them or anything. I use mainly mod podge as a glue medium, not sure if is because of that. 💜
Awwwww, that is so sweet. I get homesick too, quite a bit in the recent months, and I actually try to find South African videos on UA-cam or Facebook to help with my homesickness too. I hear ya sista. Have a lekker day 💙
Thank you so much. I tend to leave a rough edge of the tissue and not put it all the way to the edge as it give is more dimension and texture when the colour medium goes there. The colour gets underneath and causes other designs and patterns. Does that help? :-)
The type you would use to wrap a tray of biscuits, usually comes in a roll or a lot of craft supplies like rubber stamps etc, come in a cellophane wrapper.
Amazing art!❤❤❤

Love altering playing I just join a swap on my group for next year..
Thank you Gisell, happy creating and swapping :-)
You will enjoy the swap, I did one several years ago where you send 52 cards and receive 52 back from different people and I still admire them today.
Love these, I have playing cards with deco girls on front and want to use and save the design. Any suggestions?🤩🤩
Thank you, keep the deco girl image on the back side of the card, so the card becomes 2 sided when you decorate the suit side. Hope this helps, Shana 😊
Do you have a list of materials for this one? Love your work

What size are your eyelets? Where do you get them?
HI, I bought the eyelets from Aliexpress and they are 7mm from end to end and the hole is 5mm. Hope this helps 🦋❤️
@@ShanoukiArt oh yes! Thanks so much!!!!!!😘
Totally love your cards!! Curious as to why the white tissue 0:47 isn’t against an edge but rather in the center? It just seems a waste of perimeter.
Thank you so much. I tend to leave a rough edge of the tissue and not put it all the way to the edge as it give is more dimension and texture when the colour medium goes there. The colour gets underneath and causes other designs and patterns. Does that help? :-)
What are the dimensions in inches are the tiny cards ?
1.5" x 2.1" Hope that helps
