I have a pair that an ex boyfriend, Charlie, painted, glued studs and sewed chains and lace on to and made look totally Awsome for my 14th birthday, so like 1000 years ago. We were goths. They are pride of place, somewhere amongst my eclectic memory shelf. Not only a beautiful reminder of glory days, but also meaningful because C passed away aged only 27. WoW, your video has blown me away, happy tears. Thank you Cath🙏
I have purple 1460s and black with rose embroidery 1460s (and I’m in my 40s - still love my docs). You’re inspiring me to get the green 1460s I’ve wanted for a long time. I live in a desert, so it will be many months until I can wear them again though!
Cath I remember buying DM for my girls when they became popular again in the eighties.. I say again because we had them in the sixties as well , wish I still had them vintage DM 👌
Thank you so much for this video Cath, love that you take so good care of you shoes, i could learn something from that LOL. I never been a fan of Dr Martens, they where to clumsy on my feets, but a lot of my girlfriends had them. xx
Thank you 🙏🏼 I like my shoes to last as long as possible 🤣🤣🤣 I always kind of hated shoe shopping, I don’t have many pairs but what I have, I’ve had for centuries 🤣
Oh This video has take. Me back. I had a green pair of DMs in the nineties when I was at uni and I loved them. I bought them from the market in the bullring in Birmingham. I need a pair of boots to wear with my dresses and jeans and I think that maybe I ought to invest in another pair! I might just wait for the Black Friday sales!
At Chester Oaks discount outlet ( near Liverpool) they have a Dr Marten Shop and that's where I buy my boots and bags and where I find unusual styles that I have never seen anyway else .xx
Fab video, these remind me of my older sister having these in the nineties. I’m considering some but my feet are a size 7 and I don’t want them to look massive but I guess if I don’t try any I’ll never know.

This is a good collection of Docs.. I like how you always get a discount on them.
Love DM shoes & boots 😍 Can never go wrong with them, imo.
One of my favorite doc marten videos, Thank you 😊

Thanks for the styling looks - finally some very cool ideas; all I can find are teenie bopper or "edgy" looks verging on clown.
Haha I’m too old for teeny nipper but still love my Docs! Happy styling x
Loved your docs (as well as the Strandbergs)
