Is the American Gold Eagle the Best Gold Coin to Buy?
Вставка
- Опубліковано 5 сер 2024
- In this video we cover why the American Gold Eagle may be the best gold coin to buy if you live in the United States. There is a bit of debate about 24K gold coins vs 22K gold coins and even some concerns about the design of the coin, but we'll talk about a few tax and investment advantages the AGE has over many other gold coins.
NOTE: I am not a financial planner. I'm just a guy on the internet, talking about precious metals. Always do your own research before buying gold or silver.

📹How about smaller gold coins? Video here: ua-cam.com/video/25qWv7XcOgU/v-deo.html
Small denominations are obviously better for barter. If I go into my dealer and say I need 3/4 of 24k gov backed no metrics in exchange for an equal amount of junk Rosys at ASK I may end up with 3 1/4 oz old troy Pandas. No frac, no premi, straight trade (he needs Con junk and I need small gold to push into something. Had I said I want 3 1/4 oz gold coins I would have paid full ASK + premi and junk would sell for BID less something (no tax here), so good for both. Had to lose some silver et. & Space. 🙋♥️😸🐣
There shouldn't be any taxes on gold for I paid income taxes on the dollars I used to buy my gold. Isn't it funny how the machine wants to collect taxes on when I profit on my metal, but takes no responsibility on any losses if I take a hit on the sale?
I agree and don't think gold should be taxed for capital gains. If I hold for 30 years, the dollar will have depreciated substantially through inflation, so it makes no sense to pay tax on "gains". One point of clarification, though. You can report / write off losses as well. Cheers!
@@2is1gold
@GunMetalBlue 77
IRS loves to pretend that all gains due to shrinkage of the dollar, is "profit", which we know isn't true. Their stance is that we are gaining by not submitting to that shrinkage.
They are nothing but the collections arm of the Fed Res Bank.
Its an absolute SCAM and great injustice.. I hope to see it changed one day...
It's unconstitutional to tax bullion

I picked up my first 1 oz eagle a couple of weeks ago, and chose it over the maple. It's like a Mercedes S class or Air Jordan 1 - a classic design that's universally recognized and respected.
Nice!
…in the US… elsewhere it is slightly different!
@@fragu123 that is not true. Watch videos from people on vacation in airports or big malls or just stackers in other countries. American gold eagles are in all of the coin stores!!!
@BENCHMADE ® I'd pick a buffalo because the gold percentage is higher.
You did a excellent job showing the pros and cons. Awesome video man!👍🏻
You explanation of tax and investment advantages of the Eagle is how shall I say, Golden! Excellent content!
Thanks!
Extremely informative video. Thank you very much. I actually learned quite a bit! Love your content. Thumbs up. 👍
Thank you. I appreciate it!
Thank you for the informative episode.
Good video, a lot of good information, thanks for sharing your perspective.
Thanks for watching!
The Gold Eagle is currently most desirable gold coin for me as I am struggling to find any Eagles in Australia. I already have Maple and Britannia.
Grabbing the gold maple is a no brainer. Cheaper and more refined. If you can get the buffalo for the same price as the eagle, another no brainer.
Just don't stack them so high the 1099-B comes into play if you have to sell! 😀 (Even that isn't a complete deal breaker.) I have to go grab a Perth Mint tiger v. dragon next, though, now that Florida is making me jealous! 😂
Right!! 24K beats 22k anyday
You, sir, have made the case for the AGE. Most cogently argued.
Tax implications are of paramount importance. It's bad enough some places tax purchases of PMs, it is downright criminal to tax on sale.
I personally like the current design of the AGE, harks back to the St.Gaudens on obverse. The St.G double eagle is my #1 coin design.
Thanks for the vid, greetings from Bombay, India 🇮🇳
Agree on the tax implications. Thanks for watching!
Rewatched the video to be sure I got the reporting requirements straight. Most of us aren't facing reporting and paying CG tax, because we will not be selling enough at one time to reach the threshold. Many of us don't even own at the threshold level.
1redrubberball right, and off the record, most people have made small purchases with cash that aren’t even on the books, so to speak. That’s a big reason talking about tax implications is an odd topic, and you’ll see wink wink nudge nudge kinds of replies.
@@2is1gold most people lost their gold in an unfortunate boating accident
Great video, and thanks for the shoutout. I learned some new things, for sure. Plus, one can’t go and sell, say, 20 Maples at a time because then they could be guilty of Structuring. Keep up the amazing work, sir!
Thanks for the support! Hope that cameo didn’t weird you out! 😂
2 is 1 Ha. You kidding? Even my wife thought it was cool (and she hates my stacking ;) )
Matthew Manning that’s awesome! 😄
Heh, I'm European, and on the contrary, I think Gold Eagles are beautiful! Not least, I find the eagles motif on the flipside gorgeous and it actually saddens me the US mint is replacing it in 2021. The coin is extravagant and tasteful; it's liberty, art deco, 'in Gold we trust', all true American, and the copper-silver alloy makes it brighter than say, a Krugerrand, which is the standard fare over here. I almost exclusively stack Sovereigns and American Gold Eagles, and that's for a reason!
That’s good perspective and than a little interesting to hear. I’m just ready for an update to the coin after 10 years of buying them. Thanks for the comment!
@@2is1gold You're welcome, buddy!
Haha, PO Box. Thanks for an amazing video 2-1. Go maples!

Unfortunately Canada makes the purchase of AGEs prohibitive due to the sales tax which differs by province. In mine it’s 15% 😳 Needless to say I don’t own any but would like at least one. When a coin isn’t 100% gold we get taxed. I love the good buffalo and have a few as well as Perth Mint fractional gold coins (but not 1/10 oz) and of course Maples whole and fractional. I buy only investment grade coins but spice it up with attractive coins only from reputable and well known mints. BTW in our private discussion of last Thursday I commended you on your purchase. I thought it was a good buy, so much so that on Friday I picked up 1/4 oz Perth Mint Year of the Horse and 1/2 oz Maple. Thanks for the push! Really enjoy your no nonsense and informative videos. It’s like a breath of fresh air. Cheers 🍻
15% is crazy. Honestly, If the Maple had all the benefits the AGE did, I wouldn't be sad - I prefer RCM coins on looks alone. Perth are great too. I have a few lunars but none of the larger coins. Nice pick up! Those both sound great. Cheers!
2 is 1 Thank you for your kind reply. I agree that Getting rid of the Queen, who is basically irrelevant, would be a wonderful thing. Keep up the good work! 👍

@@Xylo58 Off with her head!
I’ve seen production numbers and one ounce AGE exploded for 2009-2011 for last price increase. But the Buffalo did not. I would think it was demand driven rather than supply.
Yeah, same. (Big) Investor demand for AGEs far outpaces investor demand for Buffalos.
Great information 👍
Thanks!
The Saint-Gaudens Liberty is timeless, classic, elegant, and simply damned beautiful. Only a leaf peeper would think the Maple Leaf is a more beautiful coin.
That being said, the 225th Anniversary of the US Mint Liberty has a drop dead gorgeous African American Liberty and I will stack those beauties to the moon.
Ha. Agreed on the Liberty!
Much prefer Gold Eagles, which have 3% silver and 5.33% copper added to them to make them stronger. I assure you, the 22k Gold Eagle coin is a lot more robust than the 24k gold coins. The Gold Eagles are harder, don't scratch or scuff like 24k Buffalos or Maples, which are a lot more fragile. And yes, all of these coins contain the same amount of gold.
I don't have a strong preference for them, but I own more of them than anything else and probably always will.
@@2is1gold i think it’s an ugly Liberty. She looks mannish and her feet are huge! Should she have on a jock strap? I think so! 😵💫 Good grief! 🙄🇺🇸
If it's the easiest to sell, brings your the highest return, then in that aspect, yes. Is it the most beautiful? Another story lol
Very true!
@guided one for me the buffalos are for the perma-stack. I've had to learn to buy stuff I would not have a hard time selling. I agree that the buffalo (bison) is more attractive by a long shot but it doesn't come in fractional. I've heard some ppl prefer the red tones in the eagles vs the yellow-y pure gold.
Im prerty sure as long as its gold, you wont have a problem getting rid of it.
@@dboi4952 what I mean by hard for me to sell is : difficult for me to give it up and I would rather just keep. I have to not buy only what I want because of this problem. Really beautiful coins, but which brand capsules are you using in this video? Thanks for the information
In Canada, any gold less than 4 nines (24 carat) is subject to a 5% tax on purchase (GST). This makes eagles, any many other coins less desirable.
Yeah, I wouldn’t be buying AGEs if I lived in Canada. And I’d be fine with that. 😁
@@2is1gold so what are you saying?
@@stephanies7013 "so what are you saying?"
He said: "I wouldn’t be buying AGEs if I lived in Canada"
I will take a Buffalo over a AGE.
Everyone says the Buffalo's are a higher premium, but I have never seen that.
They’re a higher premium when you buy them wholesale. So you’ll see it on APMEX or if you order them through a dealer in bulk. One-off purchases at the LCS are typically the same price for AGEs and Buffalos.
BUFFALO'S seems to be only a few bucks more less then 1 percent But as much as these points are valid but I believe peer to peer is going to be the only way to sell so maybe pick up some gold libertads also because they shoot up in price
Does anyone know why the world gold price is over 1800 but on SDBullion or JMBullion the price is listed over 1900 without the premium?
HH Win they go off futures and update more slowly. It’s a little irritating.
Buffalo's don't carry a higher premium. However, you may get less for them on resale over AGES. But, if the snowflakes keep hyping up the Gold Buffalo's, the bullion dealers will catch on and start charging the snowflakes a higher premium for them. I'm okay with that because I only stack AGEs.
For small transactions, I think that many people prefer to skip the dealers and go peer-to-peer via social media, though that comes with its own risks. In that case, the gold coin with the lowest premium or the smallest buy-sell spread would make the most economic sense. Things like sovereigns can make sense in that regard, since they have a low premium.
I'm with you for small purchases. In an unexpected need, though, I'd hate to be trying to find a buyer peer to peer. Cheers!
@@2is1gold Agreed. My philosophy is buy a little of what you like; buy most of what is easy to sell at a pinch.
Over here in Scotland there's no tax on gold , but 20 %tax on silver ,so golds worth buying 👍
Hey, it is the tax episode I wanted. Thanks!

@Janko Milovanović Monarchs are parasites, they should do honest work like cleaning toilets.
Ugh… the monarchy exists today to stop tyrannical governments, this is why the British military swear allegiance to HM rather than a politician. The queen has done more in her life than most other humans and held together the morals of old times and tried to carry them on to new times along with her husband and his young people schemes such as the duke of Edinburgh award. Do some research and don’t appear like ignorant Americans.

What if u were exchanging 100k in paper for 14 American gold and silver eagles in slab sets @7,645 per 1oz Michael Reagan 2021 gold coins, is that over priced, is there a way to determine the value so not overpaying buying from US Money reserve?
I like the American gold eagles better than any other gold bullion. I also love the pre 33 gold. I am more of a coin collector than a stacker. A lot of the American gold eagles will be around for a long time. But I think that the pre 33 gold with the low mintages and several of them being melted down that they will be more rare in the future. But it’s what you like to stack.
You definitely aren’t alone. I know a lot of people love the way they look on top of the other advantages. Cheers!
They do have great designs as well.

Best coin hands down for reasons beyond looks and if you get in 1oz it looks great
I'm sorry but I just can't get my head around the American obsession with hating on Elizbeth. She's the longest reigning monarch in English history, she's never declared war on the USA, and the Monarch involved in the American revolution was her 4th Great Grandfather (sins of the 4th great grandfather, eh?). And even the word "bullion" comes from middle English, so she gave you that too.
I'm friends with many Americans (I even have a couple in my family) and I know they are tenaciously patriotic but I think what they don't get is that so are Canadians. Elizabeth has been our figurehead since the Eisenhower years and what she represents is a sense of nobility and grace to our parliament that is not normally seen in world politics. And when it really comes down to it, she's just an old lady with a busy schedule of waving at people; but she's as much a part of our culture as Teddy is to yours.
Besides, every kid knows that pirate gold coins have either a King, a Queen or a South American Indigenous symbol on them 👍

Did I hate on her in this one? I think her likeness is over-represented because of all the Commonwealth coins, but I'm more or less indifferent to her in particular. Cheers!

It's a rare day when my LCS doesn't have at least 1 AGE. Tougher to find...well, anything else. I wish the Maples were 32.7 mm like the thickness of the Buff/Eagle :/

Hi question if you sell the American Eagle and buffalo gold coin are they gonna tax you please let me know coz I’m thinking buying American and buffalo gold coins thanks
In the U.S., you pay capital gains tax on any reported sale (if there are appreciable gains).
Does it really matters which coin you buy, if you sell less than 25 oz? If it’s less than 25 then no 1099 reporting , correct?
Correct.
I totally agree man love the American gold eagles and buffalos and maples look nice but ehhh I rather get my stacking goal in AGE then move on to Canadian lol

The Eagles are not as pretty as 24k but they make sense.
So eagles are tax exempt when selling? Cause everything I've read online says you still have to pay capital gains tax if you make profit
A few days of crises and many coins will be more well known.
Maybe.
Any recommendations on books or documents to read that talk about the facts mentioned on this episode regarding American Eagle Coin? [I'm very new to this] thanks

Interesting point on taxes! Do you know if the American Gold Buffalo has the same tax treatment as the American Gold Eagle? What about the older American gold coins (Eagle & Double Eagle) or more modern American Gold coins (commemoratives etc)
Right now, the law clearly states Maples, Krugs, bars and 90% silver. I’ve been told this could be expanded but that it probably would continue to exclude US Mint bullion coins from the reporting requirement.

Is the Buffalo treated the same as AGE for the reporting? Isn’t the Buffalo also IRA approved?
It is, and it is also approved for investing in an IRA, but it’s not as commonly offered.
Actually buffalos have same premium as gold eagles on some bullion sites, you just have to spend sometime to find the deal
They always have a higher wholesale premium. (That's the key from that particular point.) So, if you worked with a broker / dealer to buy a lot of them, you'd be paying more than the AGEs. In a one-off case, I can typically find them at a LCS for the exact same price. Cheers!
2 is 1 agreed! On My recent purchase, got buffalo over gold eagle because they were at same premium. No brainer for me to pick lol
A L same. When I see them at the same price, I typically grab the Buffalo!
AGE update to the reverse in 2021 will solidify its place as most popular in 🇺🇸. I am not a big fan of the Buffalo design... that needs an update too
I like the look of 24K gold, but not enough to have more of them than AGEs
I'd love the Palladium Eagle in 24K Gold.
I’d be sad to see the gaudens design go away. However i would like to see them bring back other pre-33 gold coin designs too.
As much as I like the St Gaudens design, there are plenty of actual St Gaudens coins on the market. The Eagles that began in 1986 should have had completely new designs. Perhaps inspired by the Gaudens art, but something completely new to give us something different. Give me a reason to not just buy a pre-33 coin. Oh, and don’t get me started on those awful giant gold nickels they make now. Blech! At least the Britannia is majestic and original.

Is the gold buffalo subject to the same standard as the American Eagle as far as taxes
Yep. There are a lot outside of that 1099-B requirement. I think the Eagles are just the well-known exemption because of their introduction timing.
Never had a dealer mention 1099b to me.. I think because if they did, most pick up there coins and walk out :)
I’ve had it happen, but I think the threat of it is worse than the actual issue.
Are Mexican 50 pesos a good stacking investment?
They’re a great coin with a very low premium. I know they’re relatively popular with people who know gold coins well, but they’re a hard coin to explain because of the gold content. I’d call a local coin shop and ask what they’d pay for the coin before buying them unless I already had a number of domestic coins already. Cheers!
2 is 1 37.5 grams, it’s right on the coin! Pesos are easy in terms of grams. But yeah, your point is valid. My LCS likes age’s and maples because the math is easy, especially for newbs. People will pay more premium for them even when offered a lower premium world coin. I’m not complaining, it means I can pick up pesos and francs, etc., at lower premiums.
@@silverchickadee4130 the two LCS options I know best pay 96% of spot for what they call "off-weight" coins. They sell them for 1% over spot to move them. They say they're hard to inventory. It comes up with private sales as well since people here think in terms of ounces rather than grams. I still love the coin, though!
2 is 1 I’m not arguing, my LCS has a similar opinion. I do need to get updates on gold buying rates from my LCS’s. I buy to hold and I think a lot of focus is put on what might get better premiums in the future based on today’s demand, too much focus for long term holders, IMO. The bulk of my stack is eagles and maples. Next comes Perth mint gold because I think it’s really purrrrty. LMU coins and pesos are fun and it’s satisfying to have something with history. If I pay 1% over spot now and get 4% less than spot when I sell or pay 5% over spot now and get spot when I sell, I might be a little less ahead down the road, but not enough to worry about. I do think in the US that eagles and maples will always have the highest demand, but everything else is subject to fluctuations in popularity.
I think harmonics are the worst looking coins and I love American 🦅
The philharmonics are actually nice, especially in fractional!

I personally like the AGE I've never had a problem with the reverse however I am hoping that what ever design they go with in 2021 that it's not something lame.
It seems that whom ever it is voting on these changes always pics something lame just look at our nickle.
The mint had all those different reverses to choose from and they went with the same old lame worn out design.
And yes I'd love to see the AGE in 24k.
They need a designer involved in the decision making process. Seems like they go with whichever one has the most convincing symbolism.
Definitely 2021 AGE should be 24k and it will sell really well.
I’m here from the future to tell you the reverse of the new AGE is awful. It’s a creepy eagle head staring at you like it’s going to rip your soul out! Stop it before it’s too late!!!
I love the new eagle head design. Very intense! That's the only kind I buy.
Here in the USA...
Maples all the way, gold and silver. 99.99% and cheaper because of US / Canada exchange rate.
Period the end.
I actually like 22k better. 24k gold coins just seems wrong. Its so fragile, not what a coin should be. The buffalo is beautiful on both sides. I like the gold eagles too. They look like what I picture a classic gold coin should look like. And the maple leafs are beautiful on the leaf side. I don't mind the queen's ugly mug for silver, but on a gold coin, nah. That 225 anniversary coin is a nice design, but something looks off about it. Like there's not enough writing on the front or something. Too much blank space.
The Queens grill kinda ruins it for me too.
Her grill? I think you mean her mug. Her grill is her teeth, and you don’t see those on the coin.
Did you know that Onza is the Spanish word for ounce? Onza pronounced (Oh-N-SAh) like wooh-sa. It's just stating weight una = one onza = ounce.
I've heard this before, I can even stumble through a bit of Spanish when I'm traveling, and I still screwed it up on camera! Thanks for pointing it out!
A better Eagle on the reverse would be incredible!
Agreed!
I'd rather a Gold Swan (5000 mintage) 9999 pure Gold...I like the Eagle design but I like 9999 gold better. Perth mint for variety and always produce the best Gold coins and limit their mintage also.
Perth Mint has some great coins!
I thought the Mexican centenario was better/higher gold purity?
pm ira was easier to roll over for me and my wife. when i hit 71.5 years in a year and a half. all i have to do is start taking them out as gold or silver. sounds simple enough to me.
Honestly, I've had the details explained differently, so I don't think I fully understand how the tax deferment works. I like the idea, I don't like tax deferment on something I know will appreciate through inflation alone.
Not investment advice but if you haven’t taken your first RMD it’s now 72 for first time RMD. If you already took your first one as required at 70 1/2 prior to the cares act, you don’t have to take an RMD for 2020 unless you want to
I don't know if Eagles are that popular, A lot of people are buying the Britannia, the philharmonic, sovereigns, maples. Eagles are very bland, I hate the new design.
They’re the most popular bullion coin in the world now by annual sales. I find them to be bland too, though.
We have 91.67% overall purity of the AGE 31.1g of pure 24k gold and about 3g of silver and copper.
If the AGE had one troy ounce of 24k gold but the fineness was 99.5% or 99.9% would that be an issue? I have been after the US Mint to pin them down on the fineness of gold used in the AGE before the copper and silver is added. The US Mint is dodging my question and I have elevated this question high. I am very suspicious the fineness of the gold used in the AGE (before the alloys are added) is actually 99.5. It is definitely not 99.99
Heads up, the Canadians also cut the demand for AGE off at the knees with their own sneaky tax tactic. I found out Canadians will NEVER buy a AGE (or Krug) because they need to pay tax on any PM that is not at least 99.5 fineness. The Buf is much more expensive for them to buy, so the Canucks buy only Maples because they are the best bang for their duck-buck.
The Canadians could probably still buy Britannias or Kangaroos without much premium, right?
@@trekkiejunk
yup
Lately the Buffalos have been going for the same price as the ASEs
They’re always the same price at my LCS, but the premium is higher on Buffalos if you buy them from a wholesaler.
Funny how the government tells you that you have capitol gains when the only reason your gold is worth more than when you bought it is because they tanked the value of the dollar 😂
Not a fan of Gold Eagles. Thankfully, today we have many choices whereas back in the 80s it was only the Krugerrand.
…put it the other way around: even though that US government is uniquely subsidising the American Eagle, it is from a global perspective still not the most popular coin… my take is that aside of special taxation, there isn’t a lot to love reg. the eagle…
The reason AGE’s and AGB’s don’t have 1099B requirements is because they didn’t exist when the requirement was written. There are reporting requirements for dealers and reporting requirements for the individual. Too many people assume if they avoid a 1099B the IRS does not require them to pay capital gains. This is false. The IRS considers coins, gold and otherwise, collectible. From the Schedule D instructions: “Collectibles include works of art, rugs, antiques, metals (such as gold, silver, and platinum bullion), gems, stamps, coins, alcoholic beverages, and certain other tangible property.” AGE’s are not exempt from capital gains tax. No PMs are exempt. The IRS requires the taxpayer to report capital gains on the sale of collectible items on Schedule D whether or not a 1099B has been issued by the dealer.
I am not a tax professional. I am not giving advice. I have read the code and consulted a professional. I’m not telling anyone what to do, I only want people to make an informed decision. We do not have the IRS’s blessing to not report capital gains on PM sales.
Did you get the impression that I said any gold coin, AGE or otherwise, is exempt from capital gains tax? I thought I was clear when I said it should come as no surprise that the sale of gold is taxed. The form simply changes the way in which you report your sale and removes the idea of a private sale.
2 is 1 You did say that, and it was nice to hear. It was a pleasant surprise, and it is not my intent to pick on you. There are so many private sales and flipping for profit going on and tax implications are rarely addressed. Almost never. I do believe a large percentage of this community believe their tax responsibility ends if a 1099B is not generated. That misinformation is so prevalent that when your video moved on to the 1099B requirements, I suspect people grab on to that and let themselves off the IRS hook if they avoid a 1099B. I was seeing evidence of that in the comments already. You did not say anything wrong in your video, and I appreciate you addressing an issue very few want to acknowledge. Unfortunately, for years people have been directly misinformed (some videos have stated you don’t have to pay taxes on PM’s that aren’t on the list) to indirectly misinformed (videos that talk about profiting from flipping with no mention of tax implications), and my intent was only to help turn the Titanic of misinformation. 🙂
Im glad Im not the only one that believes the design on the ASE and AGE's are sub par. and openly admits it. and also glad you worded: "most popular in the United states" I hear everyone says "IN THE WORLD" I don't think necessarily so.
Yeah, popularity is definitely regional, and a ales volume can be misleading. Cheers!
Sell 24oz everyday for Kobe 😎
The problem for me with AGE’s is that they reused the St Gaudens design. It’s a gorgeous one, maybe the best ever. But it’s already been done. Just like that stupid gold Buffalo nickel. They’ve already been done. At least the Britannia, Maple and others have created new designs for their bullion coins.
Bullion is bullion, reflecting melt value...
You won't ever get premiums back, only offset them through appreciation- that's it.
All the coins mentioned contain the same amount of gold.
Stackers should explore numismatic coins- things with history, rare, not something made lately.
The tax advice is good for staying under the radar.
I get premium back on Eagles or Buffalos, but I understand your point. Mostly the benefit comes in how easy they are to sell. Cheers!
Jm bullion is buying eagles at $25+ over spot
@@seahawks1185 what do they sell them for over spot? I've never bought from them before.
Gold eagles are still my favorite following the buffalos.
I’ll like them better with a new reverse. Cheers!
st gaudens udc is the best design period
As far as premiums…maybe it’s changed in the last year, but the premium for the ugly gold nickel has been a lot lower than the premiums for the Eagle for 2022.
Idk
I have a 1981 maple 999 fine
What I REALLY want to know is...How much gold on the averag is owned by people buying gold becuase of looks and how much by folks buying gold cuz it is gold? I love my precious ummm Eaagles.
I think I might be the only one who thinks the AGE is the best looking coin out there 🤔
I’m guessing there will be a few of you saying the same thing. I’m just hoping I don’t get run out of town for joking about them being ugly! 😁
@@2is1gold lol At least we can all agree on being positive about gold 👍
A D so say we all!
I'm with you. The AGE looks good. 👌
No.... the gold coin that is recognized and has the lowest premium is. At the end of the day, you are buying gold, not a rare coin. Buy the gold with the lowest premium.
I buy the coins I can quickly sell, personally.
