Therapy... Been there before, if you're not carefull utakaa hapo... I remember my therapist telling me that it's entirely up to me to make the necessary decisions to overcome the challenges I was going thru. Was I going to keep paying 4k for an hour session twice a week... Naahh... Sounds dumb, but its really that simple. Stay away from toxic people and accept what happened in the past, literally let bygones be bygones... Finally accept and move on with your life... If you don't, consequences will follow and will cost you for sure... Key word being 'you'...

I don’t think therapy has a set timeline. It’s more about working on you rather than how to deal with others. Therapist aren’t there to tell you what to do but help you to process.
