I like this way of combining a topic and sparring footage afterwards :) Might even do it in a video, if you don't mind. :) I've got soem striking footage on my Bob dummy, that I'm going to add some voiceover to from interviews I've done or one of my 2 recorded public speaches.... watching martial arts in action while getting some practical knowledge or inspirational advice is nice. Anyways, good stuff keep it up :)
