Hi, how can I update this receiver software, I downloaded the file from humax website ,I turned off the receiver , plugged out the power wire , holed on the red button while plugged in the power wire and then the humax logo appeared with no installation, I also searched for the humax ota update channel on nilesat but I couldn't find any. I tried importing channels but always faced by "unknown error" the last update is October 2016
You cannot add BISS, CCCAM..etc, I bought this receiver and has nothing new..Media center? you can stream your videos directly to your smart TV, and if you don`t have a smart TV just buy Chromecast or other brands with little money and the job is done! without this receiver!
Useless receiver..I regret because I bought it pretty expensive(40 KWD from xcite ) and has no wi fi dongle inside the box..nowhere to find the dedicated wifi dongle in Kuwait. Any cheap Chinese receiver contains a wifi usb dongle and no difference in picture, believe me!
Wi Fi dongles are cheap and even though I searched everywhere to find out if any dongle would work I tried an old Dlink one I had from years ago and it works great.

Elin Hasan thanx bro I figured out the problem, it is the usb flash drive was ntfs file format I changed it to fat32 and it's worked
