The version of the addon that has menu working and other stuffs are on a certain version. On the free one, it still hasn't released yet. However, if you have the patreon version, then that seems pretty odd.
It does have it but I muted it for copyright reasons. I just spliced the dismantle and cleave sfx and combined them to replace the original sounds of the open shrine.
As of now, it's only for bedrock. The two have different modding environment, so I have no idea if there are any plans regarding that. Currently, there are no plans for a java port. However, if my channel gets bigger, perhaps we could convince Heroic to assemble a team for a java port. So keep those support coming in so we could have the possibility to hire Heroic!
If you have the public version of the mod then that may be the reason. It is yet to come on the free version. If you however have the early access version I suggest finding a finger bearer and see if it drops.

You can find them from Finger Bearers, they spawn underground. Becareful though, they pack a punch!
