Hi! New sub here. I just finished my CBPA earlier and yes, sobrang hirap nya. It's not your typical exam. Sobrang susubukan nya yung decision making capabilities mo and logic. It's the hardest exam I've taken in my life but the good news is, it made my critical thinking at its best. If I pass or fail, I will take this experience as one my unforgettable and challenging so far.

But Im really hesitant because I don't have any experience in bpo or corporate jobs, and not confident with my English skills. Im a sahm for over 7 years now. Regarding po sa question niyo, in my case po kasi pinagtapat ko na wala pa akong backup but sinabi ko na once i got hired i will provide my own backups po.🥰

Kakatapos ko lang fillupan yung application form, then next na ako sa initial interview. Hinihintay ko na lang dumating yung webcam ko para magproceed na ako for initial interview. This video inspires me to be positive and continue to push through my application on Cyberbacker. I really hope magtuloy tuloy and I get hired. Thank you for sharing your experience. Done na ako sa Initial Interview and waiting na lang po sa email kung kailan ako mag sagot ng CBPA. May 23 4:20PM ako na interview and wala pang nag email sa aki. Hopefully tomorrow meron na sana, Kabado ako. Sana matanggap 2nd time ko na ito.

it's been 1 week na nag iisip ako pumasok na sa interview kasi tapos na ako sa assessment. Sobrang takot ako sumabak ewan ko kung bakit huhu pero thank you kasi dumaan ka po sa yt ko kasi gumaan loob ko. Bukas papasok na ako sa initial interview!! Thank you ate!

kakagraduate ko lang kasi bsba financial management. tanong ko lang kung ano yung mga technical skills na kailangan. Gusto ko kasi mag apply pero kinakabahan ako baka sobrang hirap ng mga gagawin baka di ko maintindihan kung may mga softwares man na gagamitin. Ituturo ba ng cyberbacker yun ate, ano po ba yung mga kailangan ko na pag-aralan po :* salamat po nainspire ako sa video mo

May i ask po ung sinasabi nio na "once youre in in the cyberbacker..", it means po ba na permanent job mo na si cyberbacker? Sorry po kung naitanong ko dahil mejo nalilito po ako sa part time cyberbacker. Meron po ba itong contracts and priveleges, pano rin po ang salary? per week po or same dito sa phils na once a month? sa interview po ba ididiscuss ang salary? pano po sila mag offer ng salary? mag rerequire din po ba sila ng mga documents gaya ng mga company dito sa pinas? sorry po andami kong tanong kasi po gusto ko po talagang makapasok kay cyberbacker. Nag initial interview po aq. Then ang sabi wait for 48 hours pra sa result.. It went smooth but I think I failed 😭😭 kasi usually ng mga npapanuod ko cnasabi agad at the end of the interview if passed of failed.
