Don't mean to be a DEBBIE DOWNER on your channel, but in winter I ordered a similar fan to see how it would work in summer tent camping. I had to return it. I can push more air out of my lungs than the fan puts out. Puts out about as much breeze as a hot stove fan with a four blade. See the Amazon reviews on similar camping fans. I took a chance but was very disappointed with the very low airflow. Just MHO!

@campmansoutdoors6927 no way are you being a Debbie downer by sharing your experience with a similar fan. We have been using it for over a month almost daily, kids like it in their rooms for bedtime, and I’ve found it to well for its size. It’s not going to blow you over but I feel it pushes air well. Was yours weak out of the box or did it take time? Thanks for sharing your experience as that’s what this is all about. Thanks for watching

Hey Chris, thanks for the reply. I'm glad the kids like it. For all I know, yours might be an improved version, which is quite possible. I hope that's the case with this one . I even tried a 10in. rechargeable fan from Menards and was equally disappointed. Bigger was not better. I returned it. My solution was to buy a 10in. plug in fan and use it with my 1000 watt hour solar gen. The drawback? I have to carry the gen with me. But a 10/12in. plug in table fan blows way more air. When tent camping nothing is perfect, you improvise. Hopefully my solution helps some of your viewers. Happy camping everyone!!! Oh, one last thing! If you tent camp and you have an electrical connection in your campsite, buy a used portable AC. I bought one and on a Coleman Sundome 6 person tent that I have it works great, especially if you have a shaded area. At night, it will freeze your tootsies!!! 😁

@campmansoutdoors6927 yeah none of these camping fan can compare to a plug in one. They just don’t have the same power. Portable ac for a dome tent must have it freezing lol. Sounds great!

Try a portable desk fan. They don't have a very long battery life but I've had two different fans that I've used while cooking on the line in a restaurant. They both worked well pushing out air. They can be fairly inexpensive but due to that don't have a lot of features.

Okay so going back to these battery operated fans for camping. So, I went to Harbor Freight to get a couple DYI items that are on sale and I walked past the Hercules and Earthquake battery operated fans. I picked the Hercules because although it's about $10 more than the other one, the Hercules can operate on AC and DC. So before I paid for my stuff I asked the manager if we could plug it in the wall before I paid for it. He was very helpful and agreed. WOW!!!! I finally found one that blows plenty of strong air!! I was VERY HAPPY and bought it. $44 and some change. Now granted, I already own Hercules tools and have 5ah batteries. Battery and cord are separate. If you compare it to DeWalt and Milwaukee you save over half from what these cost and performs exactly the same. EXCEPT, they are not AC/DC. Great air flow, can be used with battery or wall or even solar gen. And at a great price!!! Not trying to put Chris's review down or anything against him. Just thought you car campers and RVers would like to check this nice fan out. If you go to Harbor Freight just have the manager plug it in for you. And if you already own one of those Amazon ones, you'll notice a big difference in air output . Keep those videos coming, and as usual add a touch of comedy to them as only you know how!!!

I've gotten used to bringing my portable Craftsman fans with me when I go camping just in case. I hardly never use them but I know they will be clutch if I did need it. This fan has some really good features with the light and oscillation plus being able to hang it. For the low price, especially with the coupon, this seems like a good deal if for no other reason than the fact it claims to have a 20,000mah battery. Even if you didn't use the fan, this could keep your phone charged all weekend no problem.

@Snarfimus I haven’t had a problem with my old NatureHike inflatable pads. All new designs now from NH so can’t speak to those. My Unigear pad I left inflated for over a month in December of last year and it still had air. Oversized and on the thicker side. I also have an Uberlite from thermarest that hasn’t let me down in 4 years. Thanks for watching

@choony1970 hmmm that’s a tough question lol. They both have different features that I like in both. The Venty feels better built, bigger battery, and a remote that worked right out of the box, it also extends like crazy. This one, has a timer, can be hung upside down, and remote barely works. This one is differently cheaper feeling. But it’s also cheaper. If you don’t plan to hang it, Venty would be my choice if price wasn’t a selling point. Thanks for watching
