Nice offroader! This is what the community has been waiting for! A capable and unexpensive offroader with easy modding availability! Don't know if I'll build it but I'll definetly copy or modify some part or another for using it in my builds :)
Gonna give this a try, still learnig new technic. I'm use to the old will studs, I'm old. Thank you.
I'm definitely gonna build this some time. It looks epic, and I like the suspension, Keep it up!
This is what i want… thank you
I started the construction yesterday. I only have a 12/28 differential, whell hubs from Audi and 20/12 and 16/16 gears in the gearbox. I'm curious about the result. So far it looks great
Zero you are brutal lego king ;)
Thanks for creating and sharing the offroader, it's giving me a lot of inspiration! I have a question about the pendular axle: since it has propulsion running through it, won't it have a tendency to tilt in situations of greater strain, thus lifting a wheel off the ground? I built some time a ago a small trial truck that had that problem with its pendular axle (which was at the rear instead of the front), and could never solve that issue.
Yes, in theory, but the gear ratio is so high, there is not any notecable effect. Thank you.
Could you pleeeease make a video explaining how you can connect a game controller to your phone, to control buwizz 3.0? I've tried it with my older Xbox controller but couldn't get the app to register any input. What controllers do you know should work? Thanks!
PS. thanks for the black friday sale too. I got myself my 4th set of 3.0 power bricks + 2 motors each so i'll be able to make some monsters that's for sure!
Just pair the controller and remember to use the beta app, more info here: buwizz.com/new-version-of-buwizz-app-beta-gamepad-support/
zero please, the buwizz application only works with a ps5 gamepad? Is it possible to configure individual channels for the ps5 gamepad in the buwiz application?
Yes, it can.
I don't have any of the medium WeDo motor 21980 or the planetary hub 46490. I'm particularly interested in driving on stones like at 2:40 in this video. Is this model significantly better on this kind of terrain than the Buwizz motorised version of the Audi RS Q e-tron 42160?
It's a totally different beast :). It uses half the parts as the Audi, it's more capable crawler, but it's also slower, reaching only half the speed of the Audi.
@@ZEROBRICKS thanks for clarifying & also thanks for making the parts list available on rebrickable! I don't mind sacrificing speed for off-road capability so i'm really considering getting the extra parts to give this one a go
What modifications is better?gears on gearbox 20/12 or 16/8 and planetárium hub or new Audi hub??
Better depends on what you want. Do you want more speed or more torque? For more speed, I'd use the Audi's hubs and the red differentials.
@@ZEROBRICKS yes more speed ...and gears 20/12 are strong how 16/8..?
@@Matej-Brick I haven't tried, how about you give it a go and let me know?
@@ZEROBRICKS I will definitely try it and let you know. I also want to ask, are the instructions only in xlf and io? or are you also planning to pdf? in io, when I create the instructions will the steps be one after the other or shuffled?
@@Matej-Brick As stated and shown in the video, there is a PDF. Please look at the description, there's a link...
