It’s is the image stabilisation of the camera that he is using. I have a camera that makes the exact noise. To fix it he needs to connect an external mic.

Try adding weight to the baseplate which could cancel out the vibration and add height to the machine so the tire doesn't touch the baseplate when it expands
For some reason I'd like to see a worm gear turning a regular gear at these speeds. 47000rpm should get a 24-toothed gear to 32 revolutions per second.
Heh, test Lego bearings with this motor next. Or geartrains. Perhaps piston engines. I'd like to see the durability of those. A high rev Lego pneumatic air compressor sounds fun...
Try bearings instead of plastic shafts through plastic holes when using a 100k rpm motor. Also glue the rubber to the rim before testing for a much more fulfilling result.
It's not the speed being the cause. The compliance of the rubber is too high, the axle fuses to the "bearings" due to lack of lubrication, the overall construction starts to resonate which amplifies itself. It never reaches the rpm needed to explode the tire.

Lego should really consider new series for adults: Lego technic steel. With appropriate motors and battery packs.
that'd be sick, would likely cost a small fortune, but would be awesome.
That would be Amazing
They don't really have the manufacturing capacity for it, plus doing parts that precise on such a large scale is exorbitantly expensive.
Try meccano
Vex robotics has some great upgrade packages for their motors and steel / aluminum construction
How to remove a tire from a rim safely:
First one
I agree
How to remove a tire from a rim without hurting “yourself” 😅
(safely)
Are yes very safe
I don’t like how the ambient noises in the background sound like what you hear while your at a doctors office waiting in a room for like 40 minutes.
It’s is the image stabilisation of the camera that he is using. I have a camera that makes the exact noise. To fix it he needs to connect an external mic.
Fun fact, Lego is the worlds largest tire manufacturer
Equally weird is that Volkswagen is the worlds largest hotdog/sausage manufacturer 😁

I don’t know how I got here but I’m not disappointed
I would love to see you friction weld two lego axles together!
awesome idea..a friction welding station as original lego set 🤣
I live for this kind of content lol
Love how little power it took for that motor to obliterate those tires.
I think your wheel spinning platform should have been taller to allow for more tire expansion.
try the tire they use in motorcycle sets, i have the feeling that one will be unpredictable
Oo that would be so cool

I like the operator safety features. Nice.
the Tire is Noclipped in 5:03

I almost howled when you said "Just send it". Sounds like a USAF crew chief😂😂😂
Try adding weight to the baseplate which could cancel out the vibration and add height to the machine so the tire doesn't touch the baseplate when it expands
The Aytron Senna set's wheels are fully made from hard plastic. You'll be able to get 100% but the tyre won't expand
At 5:04 that said WOOOOOHOOO
Yep 😂

It's so cool when the tire elongates
That little motor is a lot stronger than I originally thought.
You should try using super glue to hold on the tires, it might be cool to see them balloon like those nicer RC cars!

Those Castle 3800Kv motors are the best for anything, I’ve got 3 or 4 of them😂
Subtle foreshadowing
It's incredible, at more than 50% power the rubber just goes crazy 😅
Cool video.
I've friction welded LEGO too.
Wow so have I lol
Of course I didn’t mean to do it and I now have an axle permanently stuck to a wheel hub 😅
Can you do lego propelllers next
I can smell electronic burning through the computer lol

ITS THE EXPANSION THAT MAKES THE TIRE COME OFF. IN THE RC CAR WORLD, TIRES ARE GLUED TO THE RIMS TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING.

You should have used the slim wheel
I should try this with my brushless motor for my Christmas present

Try super gluing the tires to the rims, you will be able to get a lot more RPM out of them.

Should do the same tires but super glue them to the rim
you should use tiny nuts and bolts to hold the tire to the rim and see what happens
Is this safe .. of course it is the Lego man behind the toughened protective glass is wearing his hi-viz 😂
Try using different sizes of propellers
I need some of your time to get things done around the house 😂
Superglue the tire beads then retest😎
The same thing happens to me every time I drive my Mustang Darkhorse!

You should use metal axles and liftarms in the next spin test.
