@@jinandhattie really what dish you make with the noodles, and i agree with this comment. i too a asian love my filipino food, but in gen. am more interested in asian food than the american food that i will eat a lot of the time here in the states; although i feel many dish's will be so much much better in their designated areas.

@@Anonymous-nd6gv If asking about UK - in the UK Chicken Roast and things can be had any day tbh cuz it's a normal meal now but traditionally it would be served on Sundays as part of 'Sunday Roast' like family dinner (so the last day of the week when everyone has their day off from work and things and can get together to eat this meal cuz back in the day, Sunday was the only day off people had) or celebrations like Christmas or New Years, but in today's day & age it's whenever we want to have a hearty meal in my opinion, so some may cook this up whenever they feel like it 🥰

You can tell that Jin is trying really hard to communicate with Hattie's mom and stepdad at the dinner table. It's a huge culture difference between the two. To be fair, this is the first time he met them. I hope he loosen up a bit soon.

I so miss my mum's dinners especially the ones with mashed potatoes, yorkshire pudding and all the fixings. We usually wait for the wishbone to dry so that it breaks easily. Glad Jin enjoyed that scrumptious food. 🇨🇦

The British food seems very colourless compared to Korean food. It makes me realise the lack of variety. After watching a lot of Korean programmes, I try to make our meals a lot more colourful with greater variety. Korean inspiration 😘
Korean food is colorful which means its more nutritious (plus their sides are vegetables based not to mention). British food is charming in it's own right but Id rather eat Korean my whole life

I feel so awkward knowing that Jin is lying about the roast. Compare to Asian food British food is boring. I mean I love it because I live her for 20 years and it’s a comfort food but for a foreigner I cannot say the same. Roast potatoes and gravy🥰😋
We've always washed & dried out the wishbone a little bit before breaking it. We also hold it the opposite direction. So fun watching different ways of doing the same tradition.❤

I've always wanted to try Yorkshire Pudding. Since I grew up spending hours playing with my friend Yong Mi. Korean Food, is definitely comfort food.
I just always thought that chicken and potato is the simplest thing you can make but also really delicious. I was surprised when Jin asked if this is regular home food, I had no idea our cultures are that different.
