Looks cool. Last sound bath I've had was digital. Do you know if there is a difference in the effect? Live versus pre recorded sounds?
I’ve listened to sound bowls on my phone as well but it wasn’t the same intensity of doing it in person. I felt the vibrations moving throughout my body. Highly recommend trying it in person and if possible try a smaller class and not outside.
