Actually, Alex don't owe her fame to any of the networks she have entered. It's because Alex build her own door of opportunities which made her to be recognized by a lot.

No wonder maraming rumerespeto sa kanya.
It's so funny because in America, those type of people like Alex and Wil are the gems that we cast for. lol We want those personalities that actually light up a room (of course with talent as well).

That "pecking order" is not just in showbiz; that's also same in a corporate environment. Good for Alex and Wil na they found YT as their "space" but people have to realize na minsan ikaw din kailangan mag-adjust sa paligid, sa trabaho.
I disagree. There will be no cooperation unless that pecking order is removed from the system. Yes, there are levels of position in corporate world. Yet one thing to be realized is, you are just all employees. No matter how old you are in the company. How experience you are. One thing stays the same, you work for that company as an employee. Credits are being given to you when you are already working for some time inside that company by increasing your salary or what so ever. But in the end you are just all employees of the owner.
That "pecking order" is not just in showbiz but is very evident in any organization here in the Philippines. And I agree with you 💯% Wil. all are supposedly the same whatever your status is. But not here in the Philippines , sad to say. Feeling high and mighty nong iba. For me the right order should be.. if you think you are the most experienced one, you have a better position in a company for example. Then you should be the more welcoming and approachable one to the newbie,! Well just saying..😊
Even in organization most of the time yung mga kabonding ng mga bosses ay kapwa nila bosses din so yung mga employees with the same rank kadalasan magkakasama. Although I've seen few naman pero kadalasan talaga mga higher positions talaga yung magkakasama and you can't just make a joke around them kasi dyahe tapos minsan kahit sinasabi nila you can treat them ordinarily because we are outside the office alam mo yung boundaries mo pa din saka may unspoken warning na hindi mo pa rin pweodeng gawin o sabihin some kasi might get back at you 🤔#realtalk

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA sooo truuueee!!! As an American my dad told me the same thing! Sa Philippines very democratic May linear of people hindi equal nakakasad Lang yung Ang nakita ko na difference. We Americans are so spoiled 😩 we get everything we want. When you go to a 3rd world countries or islands you will see the big difference and you will be more grateful to be an American. Kaya before I try to go once a year sa Philippines just to remind me how freeing it is to be in the land of free, very humbling.
I agree ibang iba talaga ang culture ng American, after I worked with several US clients they treat people equally. Unlike sa Pinas, title is very important to them. I call my clients with their first name.
That pecking order and seniority complex will be a problem when those kinds of people have no choice but to mingle with the rest. They will be eaten alive in certain environments
I live in the US and the Top -> Down ( Dominance -> Subordinate) still exist here but the democracy and inclusiveness is the USA's values. An example would be the laws that have been amended recently regarding gender identity.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA sooo truuueee!!! As an American my dad told me the same thing! We are all the same so we should talk to everybody 😂🤣🤣🤣 "The Land of Free" kaya nga we are so privilege to be an American because there's so much freedom.
2:47 what title of wil's vlog is this. I bet this is the one when he felt the discrimination.

I agree ibang iba talaga ang culture ng American, after I worked with several US clients they treat people equally. Unlike sa Pinas, title is very important to them. I call my clients with their first name.

This bit is soooo heartwarming ❤❤
That pecking order and seniority complex will be a problem when those kinds of people have no choice but to mingle with the rest. They will be eaten alive in certain environments
I live in the US and the Top -> Down ( Dominance -> Subordinate) still exist here but the democracy and inclusiveness is the USA's values. An example would be the laws that have been amended recently regarding gender identity.
That's why I love Alex G. Actually I love Gonzaga's sisters. 😊❤️
Omggg yass love this episode hello wil
