This is an awesome shirt! The color is stupendous! That electric green, wow! Yes, no brown, really great color! The center burst great fire all that trouble!!! 🥰🥰🥰
A lot of good information in this one. I could see how your thinking and that helps me troubleshoot in the future when I run into difficulty. Thank you for making these longer videos. I know it’s more work for you but I learn from them. You’re the best.
It’s always a risk to make long tutorials, but sometimes projects take forever. It’s the reality of this shirt. Hopefully when you make yours you can go much faster by watching all of my mistakes. 😃❤️🌈
Okay Stephanie first of all thank you so so very much for doing this video I miss these so much. Next, this is one of the most gorgeous shirts you have done the design is absolutely so beautiful ❤️.
Oh yes, must have that protractor - ordered! Baby hair bands made of silicone can be gotten at the Dollar Store BTW - love them and they don't rot. Have a good source for decent cotton kite string? Stuff I have is awful and I swear it's nylon and doesn't tie well. I like how you're keeping slack on the crossing lines, no weird lines showing up! Any tips on doing diagonal ties? I'm awful at that and want to do diamonds darn it! I can never ever get the tip straight on a tie like this. One quick way I do these kinds of folds is to put finger on the center point and then use hand to just slide the sides up, no lines or anything. The point folds work well for me doing that but - not symmetrical. It's amazing how well it all just folds up usually. LOVE the green and purple splits! This is a terrific color - nice job! This came out amazing!
This is absolutely gorgeous Steph! Now, a question. I know you used the pleating tool to keep the crossover sinew lines loose, but did you not pull your main sinew lines tight? I thought that sinew lines were to keep the dye from going under the lines? Thanks my friend!
I wanted the slack line loose and the actual sinew lines tight. Not geode tight. Just taught. It is beyond explaining, it’s more like trial and error. Denise, you’ll have to play around with yours and find your tension. Tight, but not so tight it leaves white lines. I hope that makes sense. 😍❤️🌈
You really earned this one with the patience of Job. It turned out fantastic.
Thank you! Yes! The payoff was definitely worth it. I'm pretty proud of how it turned out. 😊♥️🌈

Cool shirt
Love this one!!! I’m gonna go get some of those dyes❤️
Beautiful!! You didn’t have to flip it and add more dye, correct?
